Good Location especially for Disney. Check in was supposed to be a 4 but room was not ready until 5:30, kind of frustrating. Paid parking seems unnecessary considering the parking lot is not secured and no one monitors the lot. Room service is only every other day, asked for at least clean sheets and towel service every day but they were unable to deliver on this. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived and there was hair everywhere. There was also ants, so dont leave any food out. Free breakfast was good, good selection and the staff was friendly.

My family of 3 including our 7 year, just finished our week stay while visiting Disney world and our stay was amazing. From the breakfast, staff, pool and room we couldn’t ask for better. The mini fridge was perfect for our daily snacks and drinks. The location is a short drive to the parks and very close to a small target and restaurants (walking distance) if you don’t have access to a vehicle. The only complaint was the included free shuttle service. The times we limited and hard to get as it would book up fast. We did rent a car ( thank goodness) but decided one day to use the included shuttle, the driver was very pleasant however when we scheduled the shuttle to leave it did not show up and we ended up having to wait to the latest shuttle with a very tired little girl which made a very unpleasant experience after a long day at the park. We had to wait 2 hours. Going forward we will definitely be staying again and just continue to drive and not use the shuttle. Definitely a good stay and I would recommend.

The hotel is well located close to Disney parks. The breakfast is ok, a good amount of options, and good facilties as pool, spa ofuro and a great gym. There is also a payed laundry that is self use. I had a problem with a locker in the restroom door, which was broken, and every day I asked for someone to fix it because we were in 5 people in the room and needed privacy, but nothing was done. When I checked out I talked to the manager and they offered me points ate marriot bonvoy. Also the elevators and bathroons need a refreshment. In general a good hotel for a fair price.

Offering free shuttle service was a reason I did not rent a car but to find out there is only one bus that goes to all the hotels/properties and unless you request your spot within five minutes of 24 hours before there’s hundreds, if not thousands of others trying to get a spot on the one time it goes at 7:50 and the one time it goes at 11 AM, but it’s impossible my daughters and I could not get a spot any day and I was trying From the first minute 24 hours before it is a scam to say free shuttle because it’s a lottery, it is not guaranteed and it’s probably not gonna happen unless you have five or six people trying at the same time to get on then one person can request for five seats. Lyft was $400+ for the week but I wish I had rented a car instead of playing and losing at their “free shuttle” scam-dal!

The pool and hot tubs were a must after a long day of walking. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved our stay here! Only complaint is the disney park shuttles (inconvenient times and wait was so long to get to the parks) and there was no airport shuttles available. We ended up ubering the whole time.

Didn't like that it was advertised free shuttle to Disney which was why we booked it but when we got there they said it had to be reserved 24 hrs ahead and it was all booked. We only stayed one night. So we had to pay for an Uber which was an added expense.

Overall nice place!! Great pool workout room and breakfast!! Friendly staff!!! Keep I mind you have to pay for parking!! It’s not much but inconvenient if you don’t have a cell phone!!! Room The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and there were no unpleasant smells — overall, it was very nice for me. Breakfast was good and fresh. However, there were a lot of people. Even though we went to eat early to avoid the crowds, by 7:00 AM it was already full. I imagine it gets even busier later, especially since there was a sign indicating that after 8:30 AM is the peak time. One of the elevators was very dirty. Parking costs $15 per night. Since we arrived around 10:30 PM, there were no available spots near the front entrance, so we had to park in the back of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Room wasn’t super clean. There was stuff on the floor from previous visitors (paper receipt, candy, quarter) and there was a large stain on the bottom sheet on one of the beds. The sink in the bathroom kept gurgling off and on all night also.

We had a great 5 day stay for our Disney trip. Let's start off with how clean our bathroom was...I went to look in the shower to see what kind of shampoo and body wash was provided and the glass shower door was so clean that I smacked right into it, bounced off the glass and bruised my eyebrow and even got a little cut (luckily it didn't split open). This was totally my fault and we had a good laugh at my expense. Stayed on the 2nd floor and it was fairly quiet considering how many kids were on property. The Starbucks was a welcome treat, just wished it stayed open later than noon. Breakfast was filled with options and included Mickey Mouse waffles. The only snafu was that housekeeping missed our scheduled day to clean and replenish towels but a phone call down to the front desk did the trick and we were immediately brought fresh towels. We will definitely stay on this property next time we visit..also, there's a Target and several restaurants right across the street!

This property looked wonderful online and affordable which in Disney is a plus- but should have been a tell all tale. The first room they gave us was the titanic bc the AC unit flooded the carpet area and the room smelled like mold! The 2nd room they gave us the bed sheets were YELLOW from stained PEE! Brought this to the manager in which she said service would come and change the sheets to see they left new sheets in a trash bag on our door !!!!!The toilet leaked water all day / night! The shower door didn’t lock completely which also caused leaks which we had to use towels to clean - when the room service came to “change” the sheets and add towels all they did was hang up the drenched dirty towels for us to use again! Went to the manager to raise concerns which she offered “points” to stay or change rooms AGAIN! We had photos as proof and all we got was an apology. Surely some sort of compensation should be offered for such horrible service! Good news - the breakfast eggs were good. If you have the money do not think you are getting a good deal by staying here!

We had an amazing 2 week stay! The staff are all kind, accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. The pool is the best with swimming hours from 6am-11pm. It is a fantastic and warm and fun atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and even though we went when it was busy it was never a problem to get food and find available seating. There are a couple issues and it was that it was very hot always in the rooms which made it difficult to sleep so I doubt the air conditioning worked at all even though it said 65 degrees. We should have asked to see if a different room was better but it is what is. The other issue that is annoying is the bathroom. It has transparent glass which you can always see light through if someone wakes up earlier and the sliding door sucks, it barely closes. The other thing that I think should change is the parking cost. If is quite expensive and I feel it should be included in the cost. Other than those issues, it was still an awesome stay and we miss it already, thank you Spring Hill Suites staff.

The bathroom light is so bright it wakes up anyone sleeping if someone uses the bathroom at night. The shower is clear glass and no one else can use the facilities when u r in the shower causing delays.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The HVAC was challenging due to room layout. Thermostat on far side of the room with a room divider in between with a lamp shade in front of it. Room alternated between hot and cold all night.

Arrived at 10:30 PM to check in for our reserved, PRE-PAID room only to be told the hotel was sold out and was sent to another property. That was after driving all the way to the back of the parking lot and dragging all of our bags to the desk. A simple phone call to let us know ahead of time about the situation could have prevented a lot of the inconvenience. It wasn’t even a manager that came out to apologize and explain it, rather, the desk agent who didn’t speak great English so we had some trouble understanding what was going on. She told me I wouldn’t be charged for the room (I was), and by the time we got into our room after 11pm, it wasn’t even the same type of room I booked. I reached out via email with my concerns about the trip - no surprise I didn’t get a response.

At 8am on the morning of check out. A male housekeeper opened our door attempting to enter our room and then acted surprised we were still there. Check out is 11am. Also my 20 year old daughter was dressing in the room. We told person at front desk and there was a confused concern and weak apology. Unacceptable behavior as if I am able to stay until 11 am there should not be anyone entering room except my family.

The entire staff was wonderful, extremely polite, and helpful. I was given great recommendations for where to eat pho, which parks to visit based on our interests, and west/east coast beaches to visit. Breakfast was really good. I loved the room size and double view for a family of 4. I truly enjoyed the quick drive to the parks without the hassle of traffic. The pool and heating pool helped us relax and recharge for the next day. I will definitely be returning and I will be suggesting this option to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was quite large with a seating area, microwave and fridge. The location was great for places to eat and a little bit of shopping. Target is right across the street for essentials. Room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Also, there are shuttles to Disney that you can book.

Everything was fine about the room and the breakfast buffet was very good. Could not be a more convenient location, almost direct access to 429 off adjacent Hartzog Road, a "back door" to Disney via Western Way, not to mention close by Disney attractions without Disney prices. Also, having Flamingo Crossing across the street with ample stores and food (and a Skyline Chili just across the street!) is an added bonus!

The room was large and clean. It was very close to Animal Kingdom and Target store. There restaurants close by. I didn't like that I searched for properties that have free parking, and this one came up. I didn't find out it was $15 a night, until I checked in. And then, after paying to park there, there were no parking spots left. So, me being handicapped, I had to park at the hotel next door and walk to the hotel-in the dark.

First time guest. Loved EVERYTHING about the hotel.....bed, linens, room size, bathroom, huge closet, clean pool, extensive breakfast buffet. Three Mickey Mouse waffle makers was the only bottle neck. Could use a few more...they were worth the wait though.

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was pleasant overall, but there were a few issues. When we arrived, our original room wasn't ready. They moved us to another room, but it had leaks, so we had to move a second time. The shuttle was difficult to book and had limited availability, which meant extra costs for us. Our room wasn't cleaned for four days, which was disappointing. Also, the food options were limited, and breakfast was the same every day. Finally, unlike another hotel we stayed at during our trip, there was no special acknowledgment of our anniversary (25 yrs), which we had advised in advance and on arrival.
