This is a good and very affordable option if you’re for example staying only for one night (as we did). It’s more of a hostel vibe, and be aware that there was no air condition so rooms in the July heat were quite warm… There was also quite some noise from the street (was a Friday until a Saturday). But all in, clean rooms and a good breakfast - so a decent and central affordable option very close to the train station.

very close to the Lille Gare Flandres , 2 minute walk away . on Rue du Molinel , small sign nearly invisible. I’ve stayed here four time. Lille is a great city. The Rue du Molinel leads you straight to the art museum . The town hall , remarkable building of red brick with yellow stonework , typical of the 16/17th architectural style in this city .

I loved the sustainability and re use policy. Staff were genuine and welcoming with a personal touch. Couldn't be closer to the station. Breakfast was affordable and good with a nice cafe to sit in. Great price. Clean and comfortable room. Nice hot shower.
