I asked about parking and was told I had to pay 10/day for secure hotel parking. We went to the ramp “hotel” parking and it was in the same garage and level as public parking. They also say they have airport shuttle but it only runs from 7am to 10pm so if you have an early flight, you have to Uber.

This is a cute little hotel in the middle of a new development. A few restaurants a few steps from the hotel. Parking is available, but I parked in the garage for a small fee. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean workout room, and a Peloton bike! Definitely will be my go-to when I’m in the area.

Overall a great time staying there. The main point of booking at this place was the spa (hot tub) and pool. It was disappointing to find out when we arrived that the hot tub was out of order and they didn't know if it was going to be repaired over the weekend. It wasn't.

The breakfast was terrible. Almost no hot food options at all unless you want to make waffles or the 1 or 2 choices of egg "omelets", I was really looking forward to the hot tub, but it was closed for maintenance while I was there. There was also a lot of noise with people slamming doors early in the morning and late at night (although I understand staff don\'t have control over this). Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean.

This location was perfect for our Christmas celebration. They had a shuttle to the MOA. Grocery store located across the parking lot. The breakfast was very good and plenty of room for our large group to gather. The rooms were spacious and the kitchens were great.

The Staff was amazing, the rooms were very spacious and clean. We loved that there were grills so that we bring and cook our own meals. This Hotel is definitely a must stay. We will be staying there again.

After reading the reviews I was expecting to be very happy with our room. The room was pretty dusty and the handles and high touch surfaces were dirty. I brought my own Lysol wipes and used them. The bathroom was pretty small but the room was a good a decent size. The breakfast had a lot of options but the way they set it up causes a lot of congestion when trying to get to the breakfast items. It was not a well designed breakfast area for efficiency. For what we paid it was ok but I think I would try and find a different hotel if we are in the area again.

In need of new furniture. Significant stains on couch and chair in room. Housekeeping came at 8:30 in the morning, we asked them to come back when we were up and out for the day. They never came back for rest of staff.

The property was clean. We had a king one bedroom suite and it was a nice size. The kids said the pullout sofa was not comfortable but the bed and linens on the king sized bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special but clean and the staff was friendly.

Very clean, and spacious. Loved our room plan to book there again in the future. The view was of the car dealership across the street but cant beat location, a grocery store shares the parking lot, and underground parking which came in handy for loading 2 kids under 2 while it was raining, secure access to hotel was nice, a little complicated at first but with the app it made it convenient to checkin and out and have access to room and hotel. The setup was different then id seen but it was very good breakfast and our room was very comfortable as well.

Very nice hotel! Very clean! Breakfast was pretty good. Could have used a little different assortment of foods, after a couple of days, but it was very nice to have breakfast be included! Our room was very spacious and very convenient to have the kitchenette. Our room faced a somewhat busy street and it was noisy on occasion. Very convenient to the MOA and lots of options for food nearby.

Our room was amazing, clean and comfortable! We visited with family in the lobby, which was comfortable and relaxing. The desk clerk, Julie, gave our grandchildren a scavenger hunt game to play, cut up their apple and later gave them word search sheets! We have never experienced such am amazing clerk. Your hotel is blessed to have Julie. And she made our trip and visit wonderful.

Awful service from Colleen and James at the front desk . I was stuck in the elevator.. I called the button from within long story short they did not call 911 per my request 10 times I asked them both . Completely unacceptable and traumatic

Hotel is very well kept. Key card is needed to access the room floors so it felt very safe. Room was spacious. Breakfast ends pretty early through the week, only 9am, which was somewhat disappointing. The area around the hotel was acceptable and convenient.

Great hotel across the parking lot from a great grocery store. Right down the streat from Wendy's and a sit down restuarant. Close to public transportation and an easy place for Uber and Lyft to pick you up. I was in town for the Vikings game. I walked down the street and caught the bus downtown. It was easy.

James was excellent! He was very friendly and accommodating. I would return to the hotel again for him alone. Zach was also very kind and explained key locations of the area to us. The hotel is in a great area. Very close to Mall of America and the airport. There are stores and restaurants very close by.

I’m extremely picky about hotels — this one was wonderful. The staff were all excellent— so friendly and helpful!!! They went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing. Egg/meat sandwiches, omelettes, oatmeal, fruit, yummy vanilla waffles, yogurt, etc etc. It was so great! It was also so quiet in the hotel — we had the pool to ourselves all 3 days/nights. I do wish the fire pit was available in winter, but I understand. We still got to go outside on the balcony and sit which was nice. The gym is also really nice and clean! The only thing I would mention is the entry is a little weird at first — you enter in by the pool and have to go upstairs to check in. But after awhile we got used to that! I have zero complaints. It was such a great experience. Such a great hotel for a steal of a price!

The pool was gross...you could see and smell sweat in the pool area. It was like grease was in the water. Not enough filtration. Breakfast over the weekend was not enough for the amount of people there. Too long of waiting for food to be brought out or told no more was coming out. Disappointing for the amount of money charged for room. Staff very kind and attentive, helpful. Clean around hotel except for pool area.
