The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, but for the Mountain was paid for this room for three nights, took my grandkids to the pool. The pool was disgustingly dirty with all kinds of dirt at the bottom of it and foggy water the spa when we turned it on, it was green at the beginning and then it just had dirty foam bubbles with dirt in it and needed to have a deer in it. It did not smell any kind of chemicals. I have a rash on my leg from getting in it and I’m still, trying to get it to go away. Going to see my doctor soon and tell him what happened.

The staff was amazing! They were very pleasant and accommodated anything we needed. My complaint is the noise in the room when the AC kicked on. They supplied ear plugs but that is inconvenient when alarms have to be set. My first night there I did not get any sleep. During my stay I opted out of house keeping for the first few days but then I requested it and never got it. They only supply two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths. I had to ask for more towels since they did not make up the room the one day I asked for it, I had to go and ask for toilet paper. Lastly, I was looking forward to going for a swim but when I saw the pool I decided against it as it was green looking. I did not feel comfortable getting in.

The elevator was not working properly. Both myself and my wife have issues with stairs, moreso with my wife so I am NOT a happy camper. Secondly they have only 2 luggage carts so when we checked out there were absolutely -0- carts available.

The stay was comfortable after some tweeking. The shade in tbe room doesnt black out so be ready to wake up early. The new thing is motion control AC. Uhhh no, the front desk can fix that but how silly. Buckeye in the sunner is literal hell and I dont want to wait to recool the room when I come back in it. I saw spots on the sides of the sheets this morning so check those but kinda too late as we left today. Overall with some fixing it was an overall nice stay. Hotel is also under construction so keep that in mind and its to take to 2025 so will be this way for a while.

When arriving to my room I noticed that the cleanliness was horrible. The desk had crumbs all over it and an empty Dorito by the desk lamp. There were black hairs in the bed and black pubs on the toilet seat. The front desk was very kind on giving me a different room that was clean.

First thing I noticed when my husband and I entered the room, was how clean everything was! I’m a stickler when it comes to hotel bathrooms, and have found some, even in nicer hotels, with hair on the floor, and dirt piled up in the corners. Our room here was exceptionally clean! Thank you, and kudos to this hotel’s housekeeping staff, for the great job they do!

I felt the room could’ve been a in better standing the Tub looked like it hadn’t been clean but it was just stained. I found a couple of long hairs on the “clean” towels The sink in the restroom did not have cold water and the ac was either humid if we had it at the temp the hotel had it on or if we moved it cooler it was freezing 😩 after a long drive I just wanted to rest and it was uncomfortable especially for my kids on the sofa bed they had it was a flimsy bed.

It's a nice hotel. Unfortunately, I was on the bottom floor, facing the freeway or whatever that major road is outside. Room was loud, and the walls seem paper thin. But the bed was comfortable, and the dining options within walking distance are very good.

Tommy at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I called sat to let them know I was checking in late on Sunday. Even left a message at the property stating I would be showing up late please don’t cancel or mark as a no show. When I showed up at 2am Tommy couldn’t find it even though I showed him my reservation and Confirmation an# And I had to go to another hotel. Then 1 hour later got a call from management saying they have my room available sorry even though I paid for another hotel for the week.

Room was fine. The clerk at the check-in counter should be terminated. Extremely unfriendly and un-welcoming. I arrived early, and she refused to contact housekeeping to check on my room availability. No evidence that she was even an employee. Seemed in a hurry to get back to her iPhone !! I

Overall it was great in the property. Clean overall, pancakes were good. Fresh cinnamon rolls. But walking outside smelled so bad. I don't even think it was because of fertilizer or manure but it smelled horrendous. Got complimentary water when we asked at check in
