We always stay at this hotel when we vone to Columbus-OH. The location is convenient and the hotel staff are friendly and more than accomodating. However when we stayed in April the hot tub was out of service and we stayed again in August and the hit tub was still out of service. Just a bit disappointing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Overall a nice stay. Our only complaints were that the indoor pool was VERY COLD! This unfortunately limited the time that our family could be in the pool because the children were shaking. Our second complaint was that there was no hot breakfast available on Thanksgiving morning-this forced us to pay for a hot breakfast elsewhere.

The overall stay was good. I just wished the fitness center opened at 5am instead of 7am. People like an early workout….just so you know. Otherwise, very clean. Staff was great!

My son and I stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament and overall, we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk were all incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. That was definitely appreciated after a long day of travel and games. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was actually quite good with a nice variety to choose from. The location was another big plus. It is very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping options, which made grabbing a quick bite or something we ran out of super convenient. While there were a few downsides; only one washer and dryer for the whole property, a very echoey indoor pool area, and no outdoor seating space, we still felt like the value for the price, location, and the excellent customer service made up for it. We would definitely stay here again for future tournaments or visits!

Hotel is run by a friendly husband-wife couple. Completely up to Hampton Inn standards. I particularly enjoyed the peach-citrus cocktail at breakfast (along with 4 other juices). Only problem, contrary to web-site, they no longer offer any shuttle service. The bed was especially comfortable.

We picked the hotel so the kids could go swimming - I checked but when we arrived they said the pool was done for maintenance. very disappointed

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was also good, however we did not use the laundry facilities. The reason this hotel did not get a better score is that the pool was not as accommodating as we would expect for an indoor heated pool.

Nothing was unique. Property is dirty. Furniture in breakfast area and room are dirty and stained. Marks and stains on walls. Elevators are dirty. Carpet is dirty. Black mold in shower. Furniture in room was broken.

The room has not been cleaned daily, and the carpet feels unclean to the point where I have to wear socks or shoes at all times. While the reviews for this hotel are generally positive, our experience in room 102 was disappointing. The room had not been vacuumed, and the drapes were broken. We had to borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean up the food crumbs left behind. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we couldn't be moved to another room. To make matters worse, room 102 is located next to the electrical room, which produces a constant buzzing noise, making the nights unbearable. I highly recommend avoiding room 102.

Unfortunately, our room was not clean upon our arrival. They did give us a different room which was cleaner. The drapes could not close completely therefore the room could not get dark and had light very early in the morning. The air was stale. The towels and toilet paper were very thin and no at all what I am used to from previous Hampton Inn stays. But I did enjoy the pool, which seemed to be well maintained. I thought the breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very clean. The staff were as helpful as they could be given it was a holiday weekend (4th of July) and we were told no manager would be on site from Thursday- Sunday, which I found odd.

Stay was good, room was a little outdated. Also apparently my idea of a kitchenette is different from Hampton. Normally a kitchenette has a stove top, dishes, refrigerator with freezer etc. This room didnt have any of these items.

I expected Hampton quality that I have had before. What I got was a low key staff at registration; an awful bed and a shower door that would not stay shut. The water pressure was almost painful. Morning crew was much better and breakfast was good.

The facility was really nice and clean. The breakfast was great every morning and presented in a great way. The only thing we did not like was the elevator was right next to our room #212. It was a great room just took the first night to adjust to the noise. The 2nd and 3rd night it didn't bother us as much. Thank you for your service.

My king room was equipped for disability, which I think caused some unique furniture arranging. I wouldn't expect to have been assigned one unless I asked for it or there was no other choice.

Shower not working, got new room, no drain cover in shower, shower doors wouldn't stay shut,no light fixture cover at entry area. This should be as nice as my home. It was not. Disappointed. We have always had good experiences with Hampton Inn. Aug 8-9 room 302, then room 235.

They told me they could not take me in the hotel so to a issue. I think they oversold. Had to stay somewhere else the first night. I sure if I did not go Expedia I would not have been the one they bumped.

We booked our room the day of and when we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. We did not cancel it and they had no rooms available. We had to go 20 miles away to a crap hotel that had an opening. Called Hilton customer service when we got home and were told they likely overbooked and then cancelled our reservation…would have been nice to know that before 11pm when trying to check in. The crazy thing is that they still charged us $420 for 2 nights! Took multiple phone calls to get any money back and even then it wasn’t the full amount.

The front desk staff was great and friendly, including by Jennifer, the GM. Candidly, the food preparation, food temperatures and quality was the best I've ever had in a hotel of this type. Katie prepared all of the food, kept the buffet area quite clean, and was very polite and friendly. All in all this was a great stay. Thank you.

Nice room, very accommodating desk staff, great breakfast. Nice to have coffee and a cold drink always available. Very good location for us, lots of stores, restaurants nearby. Housekeeping upon request which we actually prefer. We dont need our room attended to daily, but it is available if needed. Only issue, Fox is only available in Spanish. Hopefully they can fix that, but this is our go-to hotel in Columbus.

No problem with early check-in for us and the staff was very friendly. I much enjoyed the Sunday morning gym-visit - facility nice enough for both cardio & some weights. We were a little disappointed with the Sunday morning breakfast... Coffee was good! Food not so much... But overall, it was a good place for us to stay while attending a nearby weekend wedding.

Went to Johnstown for a family visit. The hotel is in a great location and overall was very good. Its about time for a renovation on the property. You can tell the hotel is maintained pretty good but a lot of fit and finish items need to be addressed. Elevators need new flooring & they're terribly loud, especially the doors opening and closing. Electrical outlets are worn out & loose. Outlets are also placed in terrible locations in our room. The property and rooms were clean but definitely needing a spruce up. The breakfasts were not good at all but the staff seemed great. Water pressure for the shower & faucets was very good. I would definitely stay again but hopefully a freshen up is in the near future.
