Staff was friendly, food was great, facility was very nice. Definitely satisfied and will be staying again.

The hotel is definitely esthetically pleasing and the staff is very nice overall. I believe the property was mostly clean, except they definitely have a mold problem. I chose the hotel because they had a pool and workout room. The gym has an over powering smell of mold upon walking in. I discovered this when I went to get water from the only water dispenser (hot or cold) available. This was the first night so I went back in the morning and spoke to the staff person. She was unaware of it and received instructions on how to empty the dehumidifier that was in the room. I went back later and it was even stronger. I never got to use it. There was also a mold smell in my room, which coincidentally was on the same wall as the gym and pool. The pool was flooded when I went because a hose had been left running with no supervision. So, I didn't have a chance to use the pool. The front desk staff is very pleasant but overworked and have to manage too many tasks like taking out the trash and running the coffee shop and bar, changing the water dispenser (it became empty, I only used it to fill my bottle a couple of times), and other things outside of being ready to greet and help guests; so you may have to wait.

Super nice hotel. Every time we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the pool as well.

The pull out couch is a twin mattress so I didn’t really care for that.. I also thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Pool is pretty small too, but other than that it was very close to downtown and a nice stay.

Just wish they had a hot tub. Would have been nice to sit in the hot tub after a long drive.

The staff was stand offish, the bar was entirely too expensive as was the Bistro food which did not give you a big selection of food to choose from.

Carpet was damp, I was bitten by "something" around my neck-seemed like a flea/mosquito. I woke up with a bite near my eye

The property seemed very well maintained and kept up however I believe for the price that you pay for one night that at least coffee outside of the room would be provided. Also the cleanliness of the room could have been better and the sink in the bathroom filled up with water and did not drain very well. Other than that or stay was great

I was in a king room with a pull out sofa. The room was very small but clean and plenty cool enough. The bed comfort was average. There were several holes in the wall and in the shower. Bathroom was nice and clean. It was quiet even though our room was right across from the elevator. I totally disliked the shampoo.

Expedia misrepresented the room. The listing stated a sofa with double bed and it ended up being a twin. The listing from the hotel was accurate but on expedia it was wrong.

Was really impressed with this property. The only thing that I would say is that the beds were not the most comfortable.

It was a great stay. We liked the layout of the room and we loved the shower (great water pressure which we don’t get too often in hotels).

One of the best stays I have ever had. When I arrived at the hotel, they already had keys ready. Check-in was maybe 45 seconds. The rooms are really nice and clean. They have a great rainfall shower head that actually has some pressure to it. The rooms have microwaves, fridges, and coffee makers. The bed was really comfortable, and the moveable work station and adjustable TV made for a productive evening. Would stay here again and again.

Key card system didn't work, so it wasn't a convenience, nor a settling feeling to have staff help me enter my own room, place another customer in the room across from me (knowing this information) and basically feel like I couldn't leave without anybody having access to my open door. There was no feedback of when or how I would even receive a key at any point.

The staff was outstanding.

The staff, especially the manager and assistant manager, were very attentive to our needs. Due to the weather we had to pivot quick and hold our training meeting at the hotel versus going to our office. They accommodated that need without question. And helped with a few other things along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maybe less snow!

The lady at the front was not rude at all but 1 she did not let me know if there’s was breakfast in the morning free or I have to pay 2 she did not let me know what time was check out in the morning 3 she also gave me my key card and did not point me in the direction I needed to go to get to my room first time being in this hotel had to ask her which way was the elevator to get to my room 4 I called down because I got to my room and the tv remote was missing so I called down let her know she said she was goin to get someone on it but nobody never came for more than 30 mins. I asked a cleaning man I believe and he helped me out with the remote very nice man.

I hate that it's been 10 days and they stiil have NOT released my deposit. It's bad enough they took 3 additional days on the deposit, but to continue to hold it 10 days later is insane.

I am familiar with this area which is convenient to person I came to visit in this city. The area right around hotel feels like you are in a neighborhood, but there are restaurants, shopping, and other things very close by. The staff are very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard By Marriott Columbus Grove City. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to return!

I can somewhat understand not having a complimentary breakfast, but no complimentary coffee, tea, snacks... anything? How much is it really going to cost you to have a basic, complimentary coffee station? These things aren't required for a hotel, but it feels like you are stripping down cost to the bare minimum to the point that it takes away from the welcoming, relaxing feel of a real hotel. Not everything has to come at a cost.

A comfortable hotel. A bit pricey for what you get and no breakfast included. They do have a few overpriced rewarmed items available. There are a number of nearby chain restaurants.

All excellent except the coffee. I’ve never stayed at a property that didn’t have coffee offered all hours. Also, when they did have free it there was NO MILK OR CREAM. So weird.

The property was really nice and clean. All restaurants was literally walking distance. Shopping areas all literally right by the hotel. The neighborhood was really nice gated in communities. Really nice area and hotel to stay in. Only thing I didn't like was breakfast started at 7am instead of 6am. But that's just me : )

Breakfast was delicious!

No complimentary coffee, no breakfast. TV had to be reset by staff. Everything looks nice. Bed is comfortable.
