I might not want to stay in the middle of a business park during the week, but this was quiet during the weekend. Excellent amenities for the price point, super friendly staff and nice breakfast options. We were very happy with our stay.

The room was clean with a recently updated bathroom. The hallways, elevators and breakfast area were not as clean. Lots of bugs flying around the hot water/coffee area in the evening when I went to get hot water for tea. No staff was around during the breakfast service to wipe down tables and counter areas. Some front desk staff were attentive while others were not and one staff member hung up on me when I called the hotel.

Great staff. Very kind and courteous. For breakfast everything was good except the eggs and oatmeal were not my cup of tea. Hot tub and pool were great just need better ventilation. I forgot to check out the gym. What I forgot to ask for was a first floor room. I dumbly assumed all wheelchair/handicap rooms would be on the first floor. I was wrong on that one and the fire alarm went off so my poor mom had to walk down two flights of stairs with her bad knees.

I was very happy with my stay at the Hampton Inn Minneapolis. We opted for self check in on the Hilton app. I messaged the hotel for the reservation number because the hotels.com one isn’t the same. They were helpful and prompt to reply through the hotels app with the info I needed to set up my reservation to work with their in app system for in app check in , pick my room number and keyless room entry. When we arrived at the hotel we requested a physical key so that we would have a back up. The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating. The room I selected was on the top floor near an elevator. It was clean but looked like it was in need of a refreshing- decor wise. The bathroom though had visible mold in multiple spots in the shower. It didn’t feel well cleaned in the shower in particular. Sink and toilet were ok. Decent soaps. Towels not great. I will add that it appeared that there was some kind of carpentry situation happening on the other end of the floor so perhaps it was going to be updated soon? Breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, waffle station, sausage, etc. Served til 10 which was nice. I would stay here again on a trip to the twin cities, but maybe try and select a different room with hopes of a better shower. One last thing about the staff- the front desk staff every time we encountered them were amazing. No matter who it was. Great team!
