Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower

Hotel staff always treats every guest with utmost respect, regardless of the type of room they book, making them feel truly special. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with better amenities compared to other hotels.

I have stayed now many times and it’s just a perfect and comfortable hotel with a great location. I always stay for business trips.

Hotel New Otani Garden Tower was a luxurious stay. The rooms have a lot more space than any of the other hotels we stayed at while we were visiting Japan. They have 4 different restaurants you can choose from for breakfast. It is a HUGE hotel and has about 3 levels of shopping and event space underneath, which makes it easier to get lost in. The staff are so wonderful and helpful. A lot of them also speak English. The location is conveniently located next to the Akasaka-Mitsuke station. It is the epitome of 60's luxury in Tokyo. Be aware that they do not offer a self serve laundry service so you have to pay to get your laundry done!

Room was wonderful and it was a perfectly central location.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and great views. Service was very attentive! A bit of a Vegas overwhelm vibe though.
