We stopped here on our way to Colorado. It was our first time in Omaha. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast! There is a lot of options of things to do/places to eat in the area. The kids enjoyed the pool after being in the car for a stretch of time! We would definitely stay here again!

The property is clean and well maintained. The room is spacious and inviting. The workout room is nice and cool and the equipment is also well maintained. The breakfast spread was decent; the bananas were browning, but everything else was orderly and looked good. The hotel is in a good location close to the interstate with a Walmart & Sam's Club nearby.

Was unable to get into our room until 6:15- check in time was 3pm. Pool area didn't have towels. Property was clean and quiet. Think lack of staff was possibly an issue for our stay.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We wanted to try the pool this time, but pool towels had either not been replenished, or had been collected before the pool was closed. Noise levels were still high and could easily hear conversations and bathroom activities from the room next door and in the hallways. Noticed there was a good inch gap at the bottom of the room door to the hallway, which not only accounted for a lot of the noise, but also felt less secure. Breakfast was picked over and not restocked, several options empty. The big problem was housekeeping knocking and trying to enter our room an hour before checkout time, even though the “do not disturb” sign was hung on the door and we were trying to get a bit more sleep before our long trip. We’ll try another option for our next visit to Omaha.

Hotel was perfect for our needs. There was an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Didn’t get to use it, but it sure looked nice. Breakfast was good. Check in & out was quick & easy. One thing I would change…. The tv defaulted to a volume of 98 when you first turned it on. Could have been operator error, but EVERY time we turned it on, you had to hold the volume down button - the mute button wouldnt shut that down. All in all, a fabulous hotel. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfy. Blackout curtains were AWESOME! Want those for my house!

When we checked in (well after 4:00)… they were still cleaning rooms. I found this odd… since check in is after 3:00… so the cleaning staff has time to clean. Our bathroom was dirty. There was dirt along the edge of the bathroom floor and in the corners of the bathroom, behind the door… and there was mold in the shower. My husband went down to ‘The Market’ to get us bottled water… since we don’t care for tap water and was informed that they were out of bottled water… but would have some Monday. Well… that doesn’t help us on Saturday night. When we checked out Sunday morning, I told the gal at the front desk about the dirt and mold in the bathroom… and she simply said ‘ew’… but didn’t offer an apology. We won’t be staying again.

Overall not very clean. Bedding and furniture had stains. Didn’t get the room reserved (2 queens, got king bed). Blackout shade didn’t work so only had the sheer shade with a bright light right outside the window. Also had no hot water for a shower.

Hair everywhere :( Management has to make sure there are CLEAN BEDROOMS, we found hair on the beds, pillows and bathroom. Dust on the furniture and it just seem like they don care about costumers.

My only complaint would how uncomfortable the bed was, it was extremely hard for a holiday inn bed from my experience. Staying inn another Holiday inn express tonight with the bed comfortable bed that i have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Nice outdoor seating area for relaxing. Breakfast was decent, coffee is good. Our only issue was the noise level. We could hear every word from the neighboring room and in the hallway. Our room was near the pool, so we heard kids all evening. If we stay here again, we’ll ask for a room in a less-populated hallway.

Checked into room 224 the floor was still wet from carpet being shampooed the smell was so strong we had to go downstairs and ask for another room there was water damage next to the tub on both sides a discoloring on the grout and a small spider in our room. Breakfast ,the omelettes all came with peppers during our stay The first front desk person was nice the second the male didn’t even acknowledge your existence multiple times as we walked by. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I would strongly suggest to to not stay here

Reservation was good and correct. Had to wait a little bit like not enough staff on site. But the girl at the front desk was pleasant. Tv remote didn’t work and had to wait about 20 mins to get a new one. Again, probably not enough staff on site. But a good quiet stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful except the lady taking care of the breakfast area. We stayed here one other time and she has apparently been here for a while. She acts like she really doesn’t want to be there. And the breakfast area is supposed to close at 9:30 she starts shutting it Down at 9:15 and the doors are shut and she is gone at 9:30.

We are from KC and decided to get a way for a couple of days. The hotel, room and facility was clean and well kept. The staff of Faith, Yancy and Kati were outstanding. If you're going to Omaha, stay here....

I liked that there was a Walmart within walking distance for incidentals and several great dining options nearby. I was not fond of the older female staff member who followed my 12 and 13-year-olds around as they served themselves breakfast. It's one thing to make sure they didn’t need anything, but she stood their watching them the entire time they made their pancakes, dished fruit, and chose pastries. It seems that her time would have been better spend helping the elderly woman trying to maneuver her walker while balancing coffee and her breakfast than stalking 2 children like they were going to steal something and then speaking to them like they were 5 instead of teenagers.

Carpet was coming up in the room, there was a slight odor in the room. I am gluten/dairy free so even though there was a good selection for breakfast options, they had very little for gluten/dairy free. The room appeared very clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay again but make sure I brought my own gluten free food for breakfast.

Nice updated holiday express. Breakfast was very average . Pancake machine wasn’t working as per usual. All the Holiday inn pancake machines are nonfunctional. Every single one. Nonexistent assortment of muffins. Eggs inedible
