Lovely small, modern hotel located close to the ancient city/castle near Carcassonne. Clean and quiet. Pool and hotel restaurant are very nice. Service was excellent. Helpful staff. Owner was present as well. Friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants within driving distance, but not walking district. Hotel located in what has become over the years a somewhat industrial area. Originally, it was in the countryside.

Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner explained everything in our room. A service that we never experienced before. Parking was free which is a huge bonus.

The room was large and clean and well-appointed. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was very kind and accommodating. Food was good. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it. That made for a rough start to our stay. It is not conveniently located to the walled city - I would have probably booked something closer. However, parking onsite was easy and included, and the manager worked very hard to make sure our stay was comfortable and hospitable - which we appreciated.

Truly, five star hotel!!!! Beautiful design!!! Has all amenities of the spa resort, but in compact setting!!!! Staff was friendly, especially Andre!!!! He was amazing!!!!
