Excellent room but the check in experience was very bad - we felt it the receptionist at the time, the person who actually checked us in (we first dropped off our bags and the receptionsaist at that time was excellent) was either having a bad day or did not like us - abruptly challenging whether we had paid when quite clearly we had - asking for passports again when we havd already done so the first time (I guess they had to double check our identities) and then they couldn't wait to be rid of us. Very sad part of the experience but it did not deter us from having a great time !

We really enjoyed our stay- mostly because the location is IDEAL. VERY SAFE, very quiet, close to Monmarte, restraurants, everything you could possibly want. Walking distance to two different metro stops- you can get anywhere easily. I even got to the airport for 4Euro from the hotel - taking the metro/bus. The staff was lovely and helpful. Bakeries near by! Our only gripe was the rooms were tiny tiny and the spa, while beautiful, was covered in water on the floors every time we went, didn't seemed to be maintained that well. But a very nice touch that we could even use it. I would stay here again!!

We were initially disssapointed not to have the adjoining rooms we booked that were confirmed by email previously, although the hotel worked hard prepare another room so that we were at least near to each other. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrobe and slippers and toiletries were great. The room had a small terrace and juliet balcony which was lovely. Great amenities and very friendly, helpful staff. We wish we had booked longer to stay than one night to make the most of the spa but ran out of time. The area has great transport links to central Paris by bus and metro, and lots of bars, shops and restaurants.
