The 1 bedroom suite was more than big enough for my family! The game room was great for us to hang out and not be bored. Pool water was cold and high chlorine that burned eyes, but hot tub was nice. Clean breakfast area.

Booked and paid weeks in advance, but at check in they said they overbooked and we didn’t have a room. We went back and forth and ended up with a room. There were 3 towels for 6 people, no conditioner, no soap. The toilet paper holder was busted, the bathtub had no stopper so it didn’t hold water. The pool didn’t have towels and had such poor ventilation that my whole family was coughing and eyes and throat burning so bad we had to leave. We asked staff to check the pool. Chlorine was normal but pH was high. The chlorine gas was so bad we couldn’t go back to the pool which was the reason we booked here in the first place. We checked out early and went home. Very unsatisfied as this was a Christmas gift for my four young kids.

Pristine hotel with very nice suites. Breakfast included waffles, two hot choices and one meat plus the standards. Bread at breakfast was fresh. Hot tub wasn't hot enough - the only quibble I had with the stay. It's pricey, but I would stay again.

Only stayed for one night and had to check out early for our next destination. Room was spacious and clean and front desk staff were very friendly and informative. Only downside we encountered was my husband got up early to go to the gym and found that all the treadmills were broken.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was very updated and clean throughout. They have many different amenities for guests to use (game room, patio with grill and fire pits, pool, etc). The front desk staff was always very helpful and pleasant to talk to as well. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future!

This was a layover stop for us on our way home to Utah. It was a great area with lots of shopping and dining choices. The hotel itself is great. Newer property, clean, spacious. The gaming room was a hit with the kids. The workout room was incredible. The pool was spacious, too. Breakfast was delicious. Man, I just don’t have one negative thing to say about this place and if anyone does they are nuts.

We loved the staff, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The beds were perfect, so comfortable. The only thing that was a problem was the area around the swimming pool, it was extremely slippery even when walking cautiously; we had several slips and even falls that were very scary, Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. I had a relaxing time I was comfortable and felt safe. The overall hotel was clean and smelled clean and fresh the staff was fantastic and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the blankets sheets towels everything was clean and looked brand new. I will always stay at this hotel every visit to Topeka.

We've stayed here many times. It's definitely showing wear. Definitely could have done without all the mold in the bathroom Although I appreciate the "upgrade" we received. The horrendous noise every night from rooms above us was exhausting.

The staff were amazingly friendly. The floors in our room, however, need to be mopped/shampooed and all need sanitized. They appeared to be clean but there was a film of some sort that felt slightly sticky. Other than that Hilton never lets us down.

We needed space for our grandchildren and ourselves over Thanksgiving break. The two-bedroom suite was a perfect fit. We enjoyed being able to make an easy meal in the suite, a cheesecake to take to a family gathering then relaxing in the pool.

Our room was noisy. Like very noisy. We could who the tv next to us. Clearly. The refrigerator was making a terrible noise. To me, the walls are thin. But overall, it was very clean and staff was nice.

One of our favorite hotels in Topeka. We appreciate the kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer that’s large enough for a week’s worth of groceries. We had a room with a separate bedroom that worked well for our family. The pool area was clean. We slept in so missed breakfast this time but know they offer hot foods besides the standard breakfast fare. The vanity area is not closed off from the bedroom so an early riser flipping on that light can be a nuisance to those still asleep. Overall a great place to stay. There are several dining options near by.

I chose one of the most expensive properties available hoping for a quiet stay. Door slamming, toddler riding a scooter in the hallway, and it sounded like people upstairs were rearranging furniture. Minor flaws such as carpet stains, kitchen cabinets needed paint...flaws in wall paint, seals on shower door pealing.

We arrived to only one of two elevators working for four floors. When we woke up the next day, we took the elevator down to breakfast, but then saw the out of order sign on both elevators when ready to take our coffee up. Front desk said both were out of order til Monday so we should take the stairs. Front desk boy said the sports team girls staying there had jumped in the elevator throwing it off track. Stairwell was 90 degrees because they left the heater on. Hauled luggage down four flights in 90 degrees. Went back to front desk to tell them of heat. For grins, checked elevator again. When we pushed the button, it came down. When we questioned the front desk, he said he guessed they hadn't turned off the power. Told him we felt as though they lied to us and we would like a credit for part of the room for our troubles. He said that since we booked on hotels.com that the most they "may" do is 15%. The manager wouldn't show his face. I let him know I was a Hilton Honors member, but he didn't care. Shocked at how badly we were treated from a hotel with such a high rating on hotels.com. Don't stay here. They have credited nothing. Clearly they don't want to make it right.

This is our third stay here - wonderful room with kitchen and spacious split bathroom. All very clean. When we checked in our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Pool, hot tub, workout room and game room are all pluses. Wonderful hot breakfast with fruit and yogurt as well. Only drawback - we could not stay and there were no to go containers. Comfortable bed.

Everything was great until we were interrupted several times by housekeeping despite asking for late checkout (we called property direct and spoke with someone who authorized it) Instead of the front desk contacting us to discuss they sent housekeeping back to our room. When we asked about it they said they couldn’t find anything about late checkout but had tried to contact the previous day’s employee about it.

It was ok. Nothing terrible, but it’s the little things; I expected more at this price point. There was an odd whirring/chirping noise all night, the room had a slight perfumery odor as if covering something up, only 2 towels for 4 people, and the “hot” breakfast was disappointing. The potatoes were still frozen. Took my appetite away.
