Stayed 1 night

Room showed wear and tear-shower could use new caulk. The lobby on the 25th floor was a let down. Very inconvenient to travel up then down to street level for everything. Reception staff was not polished-Not on brand for and Embassy Suite. Overall felt more like a 2 star hotel experience. Nothing terrible but just not what we expected.

Great location, nice quiet room, could use some updating, especially paint and pillows. Good breakfast and happy hour. Nice for families to have a suite setup.

Received no house keeping for the 3 nights we stayed. Had to ask for tp, clean towels etc. When i enquired about hoise keeping i was treated extremely rudely by front desk. Beautiful property and common areas were excellent, as was the complimentary breakfast.
