Room was fairly clean however a lot of things in room needed repaired especially the bathroom. Needed paint, trim falling off and toilet lid broke. Only warm water for shower and poor water pressure. Only hand soap bar provided and no other toiletries including tissues. I am not very picky on hotels but overall wouldn't recommend or stay there again.

Beds are metal without boxsprings and the center is very uncomfortable. Drywall tape was peeling in the bathroom. They don’t have minor conveniences like blow dryers and shampoo.

A very bare bones property. Room furnishings were very spare, my room faced the highway and the traffic noise was constant. The desk is only manned at certain times of the day so don’t lose your key.

It was not a good experience the first room that they gave us the heater and the television did not work we call the front desk and was told to what til the next morning The next room they gave the television still did not work we did not have a phone in the room their vending machines took our money and the washers and dryer were horrible The carts for your belongings were broke and they did not have change or could not refund or replace the money that the machines took

This is a low budget Extended Stay hotel. We selected this option because it had a kitchen and there were no supplies to cook any food. We asked for a pot or a pan at the front desk and it was going to cost $40 to buy one from them. This is ridiculous!

They have a kitchen but do not let you know you have to buy everything if you want to use the kitchen. You have to pay to use a coffee machine. Internet is $4.99 a day but says free on-property amenities. Breakfast is coffee. I ordered a queen-sized bed for two and they gave us a standard bed. We are two women so entering our room after we left to leave the towels that we did not ask for made us uncomfortable. We had the room for two nights but were so disappointed that we did not stay the second night.

Customer service was great. But the drawers for the dresser were broken. And the drawer in the kitchen was missing. Also it only came with one small trash can in the bathroom. And the internet was not great.

We got here they originally only gave me one room, then I got to my room to find half eaten food on the table, they switched rooms and the next room was not clean, had no bed sheets, and a broken refrigerator. Needless to say we did not stay!

Staff is trash! Extremely rude to customers and extremely trash gross people working there. The rooms had broken things in it, sheets stained, bathtub was gross and had things in, sink had stuff in it. Room was disgusting! Spend your money elsewhere

I tried to check in at 6 pm and had to wait at the front desk for almost 30 minutes before i was helped. The gentlemen on staff did communicate that he was running behind but I had an entire line of people behind me also waiting. On top of that, all of my towels were dirty, looked like they were run over by something and there was splatter all over the wall

The staff was perfect but the hotel itself was nasty no soap, no wash towel’s, walls were dirty phone was dirty table was not clean in my room and I was in room 2009. We had to go buy towels soap and disinfecting to clean the room before we slept.

This property looks very unkempt. The walls are paper thin, the rooms are small. No soap, lotions or blow dryers available. No iron. The rooms smell very moldy or as if previously occupied by pets. The draws are broken. The only positive thing about the facility was that the front desk staff were friendly and informative.

It was alright for the money. Dogs in the hotel barking and lack of basics like a box of Kleenex and real cheap with soap no shampoo. Bathroom floor was sticky and entry door was hard to open. Walked out of my room and clothes were all over the hallway floor in front of my room.

The staff is very limited, but the interactions I did have were pleasant. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will say though, I was a bit nervous at checkin when the person checking in before me returned to the desk minutes later stating the room they just gave them a key to turned out to be occupied. As far as the hotel itself, it is bare minimum, more of a motel disguised as a hotel. The building is right next to the highway so you not only hear cars revving their engines all night but inside the hotel you can hear every door shut/slam, people talking and yelling and every footstep/stomp. There were people fighting in the room next to me at 12:45am, I could hear every word but there is no front desk aster 11pm so you’re in your own.

I guess if you are just looking for a place to sleep it may it fine. I had to go back to front desk to get a remote just to allow TV to work. Asked twice for basic things you would expect a hotel to have, and both times was told no. Asked for 30 extra minutes checkout on a Sunday, a SUNDAY, so it was not like people were coming in and out, yet I was told no. No way I can recommend this place. It wasn't terrible but I would try to find someone else

There always seem to be sometype of issue when I stay at this hotel, whether the front desk take forever to check me in, my key card not working, being sent too a room that’s already occupied, or my television not working it’s always something when I speak with the front desk they always give that lost and confused look and response

Basic economy hotel in a good location. Needs updates but again, expected for the price. The saving grace was the front desk staff, Brianna. She was super friendly, very helpful on multiple occasions during the week stay, and kind enough to work with us on a late check out last minute. Just a joy to work with in every way and she is a a great asset to the hotel and deserves a raise :-)

My car and 8 others were broken into and another was stolen. I was told I could not look at the security record camera. I felt like the facility was protecting the criminals. Therefore leading me to believe the theft was from someone who worked there or stayed there. I won’t be back. Also the Columbus police department failed to come out and take a report

I hate to leave a bad review, but this hotel is just not a safe place for the casual traveler. There was a lot of drug activity going on both inside and in the parking lot. The room was just generally dirty despite clear attempts by the staff to clean it. We elected not to stay and canceled our reservation. The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating.
