Hotel is located off very busy street it was difficult to locate Lobby was very clean and well maintained Staff was helpful and courteous Room was clean and well kept Bathroom may need some upkeep Bed was comfortable Only complaint about property was restaurant Highly discourage eating Aesthetically very nice Staff very nice Service absolutely slow We dined at the restaurant 3 times and each time close to one hour to receive meal Meals were always cold Meals were not pleasant at all From the tortellini, pork shank, tough steak to even the hamburger. Everyone in our party of six was disappointed in the meals
