This is a great hotel but it is in Doral/Medley so the traffic can get bad sometimes. The staff and rooms are amazing. I love their breakfast and the pool was clean. Only thing I don’t like it their one door showers. Water will get on the floor because of this design.

We are loyal visitors and appreciate this place. Only issue that management needs to address is in breakfast there really should be peanut butter, bacon, a microwave available, and better fruit selection. Please also the elevators need major servicing. 1 elevator has been out of service for many many months, everyone waits long time for the 1 elevator to arrive and its low on oil in the shaft because the floors is not even leveling now. Tripping hazard. Just and FYI

We stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Miami West / FL Turnpike. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our suite with a kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel has two pools, both clean and convenient to use. However, there were several downsides. Breakfast was very limited, with not many options. There are some outdoor tables available, but since it gets hot, it’s better to come early if you want to sit comfortably. One of the elevators was out of service almost every evening, which caused some delays. The hallways often felt stuffy. The biggest disappointment was being charged separately for Wi-Fi at the end of our stay. I believe Wi-Fi should be included in the room rate, especially at a hotel in this category.

Elevator was broken. I was on the 5th floor. Had to walk up and down the staurs. Nothing was comp off my bill. The Manager was not reachable at all mainly i think because their employees were protecting the Manager. The room was extremely dirty. T.V. was broken but they did fix it fast.

Hotel was amazing and beautiful! It smelled so nice throughout the property!! The room was as pictured and very cozy! Breakfast was good as well. Only 1 elevator was operating. It was not horrible to deal with but would have been better to have two. Overall beautiful location with nice staff! I would definitely book again!! ❤️❤️

The hotel was good value for the money. It has a full kitchen that was great for our stay of a week in Miami area. It has fast access to principal roads. A car is a must in Miami, and this place has free parking. Plenty of spaces.

This hotel is in the middle of no where. It’s dark roads with just shipping containers and industrial businesses. Half of the pool was closed off. And the people in the pool were most likely not guests of the hotel. They were fighting in the pool. The hotel front desk staff was very nice and professional. The room had a mildew smell and the bathroom had water damage in the walls The room just had a very damp feeling and smell.

I chose this hotel because it had very high ratings (even though it was much farther away from our event in downtown Miami). Although the room was a nice size, the room was in rough condition, which doesn’t lineup with the cost of the room. The shower is badly designed and also leaked onto the bedroom carpet. The furniture was stained and dirty. All air vents were very dirty. No electric plugs in the second bathroom. No electric or usb plug on the night stands…You had to move the mattress to get to a plug. The shower water pressure was weak. The wash clothes were extremely thin, but the thing I liked the least was the thermostat is pre-set and you are unable to lower it past 69 which actually felt like 75! It wasn’t comfortable. Unfortunately, the guest above us were very noisy. Overall I felt cheated and would not stay there again. They also charged a daily refundable incidental fee which I was not refunded and don’t know why.

The carpet in our room was so dirty, that our feet and socks were black after walking on it for a few minutes. The pool was also dirty: many insects were floating in the pool. After a couple of days the pool did get cleaned. We have never experienced this in any of the Marriott hotels we stayed at and we mostly stay at Marriotts during our vacations because my kids love them. But this time even my kids complained that they have never seen such a dirty carpet and pool. Also, we had only 3 towels, 3 spoons/cutlery etc. And no pots and pans. We had to request more towels and pots and pans.

It was beautiful. The only complaint I have is how they created the shower. It’s weird. The traditional shower has 2 sliding doors so water doesn’t come out.. This one has only one so water gets on the floor easily and it’s cold when you walk out

The property is sort of off the beat and track but right off the Fl Tpke for convenience. The check in was just ok the property was clean as were the rooms . Our room was large with a half kitchen for convenience. The bfast was just Ok and could use an uplift a bit. All in all it is a good stay and a great value

The lobby has been updated recently. Check in was easy and quick. The property is surrounded by an industrial area. There's a restaurant in the hotel next door with a very basic menu. We did not eat there and opted to go somewhere else. The room was spacious with a kitchen, living area, dining table with 2 high top chairs, separate bedroom with a door and bathroom. The room was clean, but showing its age. Lots of marks/scuffs on corners. Bathroom had shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall.

Misleading Kitchen Amenities & Lack of Housekeeping, but Good Breakfast Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming due to misleading advertisements about the kitchen and a lack of basic services. While the hotel claims to offer a “fully functional kitchen,” this is far from reality. Although they provide a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, there are virtually no utensils—no spatula, no flat pan, and very little else to actually cook a meal. Despite multiple requests, the front desk was unable to provide even the most basic kitchenware. Additionally, the front desk staff was uncooperative, making it difficult to resolve our concerns. Another major issue was the lack of daily housekeeping services for longer stays. If guests are paying a daily rate, they should receive daily housekeeping, yet this was not provided, which was unacceptable.
