Excelente lugar para hospedarse, el personal es muy amable, la habitación tiene lo necesario, esta muy bien ubicado si tu objetivo es salir a conocer Paris pues esta cerca de varias estaciones de metro. El unico detalle es que no estaba funcionando el elevador durante mi estancia y subir maletas hasta un 3er piso resulta algo pesado. We had a great stay here at hotel 34b. Very clean and spacious rooms with good facilities. Staff were super friendly and helpful too and amazing complimentary bar in the afternoon and minifridge in room! Very good location as well as can walk to monuments and good transport links around for bus/ metro. Also lots of bars and cafes around. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great hotel with the metro links to get anywhere. Bed was brilliant slept like a baby. Room was spotless with a great shower. The room also had daily free softdrinks refreshments replenished each day. Kitchen area open throughout the day for self service free coffee, soft drinks, buns and sweets. The breakfast was excellent covering all needs including fresh croissants that were delicious with Nutella and honey! Surrounded by great staff. Great cafes restaurants surround the area. It's a good hotel, big entrance, lobby opened almost 24/7 and a free offer of soft drinks and some snacks on the lobby. The room was big enough to move freely, including it's own mini fridge and a small desk to work. Nearby there is dining options, as well as the bus station and the subway.

I would stay away from this hotel unless your standards are very low. It looked much worse in person, dirty walls, hard beds, everything was cheap and in poor condition. The bathroom walls and doors had lots of stains that looked like mold. The shower was super uncomfortable and narrow, not even a curtain to prevent the water from flooding the whole bathroom. The air conditioning exit looked moldy. And if you are sensitive the stripes on the walls and floors of the super long narrow hallway make ms you dizzy. I felt like I was in a super cheap dirty run down motel and one night cost $400. The hotel has so much potential but they need to invest a good amount of money renovating it.

メトロの駅に近く、美味しい飲食店も多いので立地は最高です。レセプションの方は一部無愛想な方が居ましたが、親切な方が多く、朝食会場の方は皆さんフレンドリーでした。部屋については金庫が壊れていたり、前の方のゴミが残っている、コーヒーカップが汚れている等があったのが残念でした。

The good and the bad. Staff was great, lobby was great, however, when you entered the room, you realized this hotel has poor upkeep. Multiple holes in the bedroom carpet(filthy also) lime all over the bathroom, the shower door liner falling off(making it difficult to shut the door), etc. (Multiple pictures taken as proof). The doors of each rooms slam rather hard so you tend to hear that at night and in the morning. The instant coffee was the worst I’ve been provided in a room and unfortunately our room wasn’t done between our nights(however we did have the sleeping sign on until about noon so I’m uncertain what the policy is here). Nice to have a safe in the room, good location but would not stay again based on the lack of of the rooms noted above.

We loved the breakfast. There is a great variety and is definitely worth jt! The front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but our room had broken glass art and a cracked glass desk. I took pictures of this when we got in our room. The bathroom looked to have moisture issues with rotting wood and mold. Room service made the bed but threw the pillows on it haphazardly and don’t expect them to take away dishes.

There was a loud noise emitting from the elevator every time it was in use. Kept us awake at night. The hotel Has turned the air conditioning off for the season. The rooms were unacceptable as it was so hot and the system had no fan. We had to sleep with the windows open which was very loud. Overall it was not the best experience. I had asked about my Expedia VIP upgrade, was told it was not available for this stay.

The location was great. Walking distance to some main attractions and easy access to the Metro. Lots of restaurants close by. Mini bar was wonderful. I could just grab a water to take with me on my way out in the morning. The pass for the other hotels in the chain was quite handy. I walked almost everywhere and having somewhere to stop to rest and use the washroom was terrific. The only negative was the shower. The temperature varied throughout my shower, from very cold to very hot. They did some work on it my last day and it was slightly better.

This was a cute hotel, good location, lots of restaurants and the subway close by. I only give it 4 stars because of our shower. It was a raised bathtub with a low ceiling. My husband and I are 6' and 6'1, and our heads were inches from the ceiling, the water hitting the middle of our back, it was comically ridiculous. so if you're short, I totally recommend! :)

During our one-night stay (12/13-12/14), the spacious first-floor room accommodated two open suitcases comfortably. Unfortunately, a downside was discovered beside my bed - the carpet was completely wet. I walked on the carpet wearing socks, and the socks are completely soaked. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although the staff member came to inspect, he didn't physically check the wet carpet. I emphasized that the dampness wasn't visually apparent and required touching or stepping on to notice. I inquired about the wet carpet issue and the possibility of changing rooms. The staff mentioned checking room availability and assured us of updates. An hour later, upon following up on the room switch, he cited complications and suggested staying in the current room. He even asked, "Can you just stay in your current room?" without facilitating the switch. Unfortunately, he couldn't arrange the switch and only offered three bath towels for the wet carpet. Since it was a one-night stay, I opted not to continue arguing. Nevertheless, I find this situation unacceptable.

On dirait quon a pas le droit de poser des question. Vers 13h Comme je venais de les voir offrir une chambre à une cliente qui attendait comme moi à la réception, j'ai demandé ma chambre serait prêt vers quelle heure ? Alors que je m'attendais à une réponse professionnelle de base genre: On va voir ce qu'on peut faire. Les 2 hommes répondent que ce n'est pas leurs problèmes si j'ai passé 2 nuits blanches. Et quand j'ai commencé à perdre mon sang froid ils ont levé le ton et m'ont même demandé de quitter l'hôtel. Je suis extrêmement choquée par leur attitude malveillante et inhumaine. Par contre les femmes de la réception et la dame qui est venue me prendre en charge alors que j'ai éclaté en sanglot, étaient professionnelles. Mesdames ne laissez pas ces hommes à la réception, ils donnent une très mauvaise image de cet hôtel que j'ai pourtant toujours apprécié.

Last minute booking and had availability for reasonable price considering it was well positioned to get to most attractions. With lots of bakeries and restaurants around. Really loved the complimentary snacks and drinks from all the Astotels hotels. Rooms were on the smaller side however bedding and pillows were very comfortable and felt very safe.

Stayed here over the weekend between business trips. I've stayed in many Astotels around the city and really enjoyed this one! Love the location, quiet streets but well-located and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as an easy walk to some of my favorite neighborhoods. Staff was helpful, room was clean and well organized, pillows and bed very comfortable and spacious common areas. Only odd thing was the safe was resting on the fridge, and it got very hot at times and I was worried about some of the stuff I had in there overheating. Otherwise, all good.

Wir haben spontan dieses Hotel gebucht und sind einfach nur begeistert. Die Zimmer sind für Pariser Verhältnisse geräumig und das Personal sehr lieb. Die kostenlose Minibar und der Service den man unten bekommt an kostenlosen Getränken waren auch super. Das Frühstück war Buffetstyle und hatte alles zu bieten was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.
