No es verdad lo que dice la página del hotel. No tiene jardín, bar, ni centro de negocios. Las habitaciones no están decoradas, no tienen armario, ni cafetera, no secadora, ni siquiera agua de cortesía. Tuve que pedir una mesa para poner mi maleta, de lo contrario debes poner todo en el piso. Las toallas y ropa de cama están manchadas y viejas. Pero lo peor es la limpieza, no asean las habitaciones, ni siquiera sacan la basura diario, solo tienden la cama.

En general bien. Esperaba algo diferente o especial por el concepto boutique. Nada diferente de un hotel clásico salvo que hay pocos huéspedes y prácticamente no te topas con ninguno. Tiene estacionamiento reducido pero nunca me quedé sin lugar. No probé los desayunos de la propiedad, preferimos ir a los restaurantes de Av. Chapultepec la cual está a 1 calle. En esta avenida hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares, a pie. Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, comunicada, bonita y con todo tipo de negocios, Bancos, etc. Se respira tranquilidad y seguridad al caminar en esta avenida y sus alrededores. El precio es razonable por el valor que recibes.

I have stayed at this hotel for 7 years and it seems to me that it has been neglected over time, there is no attention to detail and they have made remodeling that worsens the lodging, the very small bathrooms, there is nowhere to hang the towels, missing shelves, the reservation was for four people but they only put two glasses. And so many details. It's a shame because it was a good place to stay.

Helpful kind staff, our window would not lock & they changed us to a room that had a working window lock without a problem. In a great area if you want to explore the bars & clubs nearby. They have a small gated parking area we had to leave the keys with the front desk in case they had to move it to let another car out. Very clean & good toiletries! Would come back for sure! ◡̈

Es un hotel en renovación y no tengo ningún problema con eso. El problema es que entreguen habitaciones en proceso de renovación, clavos clavados en el piso sobresaliendo, la única ventana pequeña estaba muy arriba y no se pudo cerrar por lo que el aire se escapaba y la música de afuera entraba. Había una cafetera con café pero no había tazas. La llave de agua caliente en la ducha estaba dañada, solo había un bote de basura muy mal ubicado u escondido. Y todo Super polvoriento desde la entrada, el lobby y la habitación. Estoy de viaje no cargo mis chanclas por lo que esperas que el piso en la hab esté suficientemente limpio para andar descalza, mis pies terminaron Super asquerosos u negros.

Excelente servicio de el recepcionista (encargado), súper amable y atento. En cuanto a las habitaciones están “bien”, cama limpia y cuarto limpio, se aprecia que han estado mejorándolo por lo qué hay olores a pintura y silicona gran parte del día. En cuanto a la ubicación está excelente, restaurantes y bares a distancias cortas y mucha seguridad caminar por los alrededores. Si Vuelvo sin dudas.

Está muy bien ubicado, lástima que decidan no invertir en la satisfacción de sus huéspedes. Algo tan básico como no brindar el servicio de agua caliente me parece una absoluta falta de respeto. La cabecera de una de las camas se estaba cayendo, las escaleras hacia la habitación estaban sucias. Pero para cobrar son buenísimos, marqué antes para avisar que mi vuelo había sido cancelado por desastres naturales y si había alguna manera de no pagar la primera noche en su totalidad, y fue un rotundo no, me dijeron que me iban a dar un desayuno de cortesía y antes de irme lo tuve que pagar. Lo pagué, y en mi estancia completa no tuve agua caliente, nadie pudo resolverlo, cambiarme de habitación o tener la minima intención de resolver o negociar algo, el gerente no se cuando va a trabajar, porque de las 4 noches y 5 días que estuve ahi nunca estuvo para dar la cara. Ha sido una de las experiencias más desagradables que he tenido en un hotel, y es una lástima porque la propiedad y la ubicación están muy bien. Pero el servicio terrible.

This hotel is a disgrace. I rarely make bad reviews, but this hotel deserves it. The room was dirty with old stained carpet, holes in the walls, missing light fixtures and broken faucets… The worse is the shower: rust and mold and no hot water. My wife and I left and book a room at Demetria hotel: same price, clean, great service, beautiful hotel. Casa Monraz should be ashamed to charge so much to have people shower in a filthy shower.

Aunque la descripción dice que es de lujo, No lo es. Las instalaciones se ven abandonadas, la habitación es supremamente básica y no hay ni siquiera una toalla pra el piso del baño. Varias cosas estaba en mal estado, incluidas la ducha, el colador de toalla, bombillo de la lámpara de la mesa de noche, entre otras cosas más. El hotel tiene una habitación a la entrada que es un depósito de cosas viejas y lo hace sentir muy mal cuando uno llega. Las fotos hacen que se vea mucho más lujoso, grande y bonito de lo que en realidad es. El servicio y la atención del la gente fue excelente, es lo único que vale resaltar, y es limpio, eso si. Pero las instalaciones necesitan de mucho trabajo. Me sentí desilusionada.

Thin walls and the music from the bars around there is really loud. The room flooded during the rain and smelled like mold, no door on the toilet room, nor shower door, even though shows hinges on the glass. I pointed out those problems to the owners and they don’t seem to care and what really bothers me was… THEY DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE!.. they are arrogant and they don’t care if you have an issue with the place. They will take your money and pretty much laugh on your face….. there are other options near there. Don’t do the same mistake I did. Stay somewhere else, where you will be comfortable and appreciate it.

La habitación es muy pequeña en particular el baño, es una casa que intentaron adecuar como hotel, se percibe falta de ventilación, la recámara cuenta con ventana pero es una decisión difícil entre dejarla abierta o que te coman los mosquitos ya que no cuenta con mosquiteros. Agua caliente? olvídense no la hay, en fin, ojalá las instalaciones estuvieran a la altura de los chicos que atienden, son súper amables y prestos a ayudarte. Si le es posible elijan otra opción

Llegamos en la noche y la persona que nos atendió bien. Pero después a las 12:30 pm ya que estábamos durmiendo nos abrieron la puerta y me desperté desconcertada y se fueron las personas. En la mañana que fui a recepción a decir que porque pasó eso. Me explicaron que el compañero de la noche pensó que estaba sola la habitación y se la había dado a otros huéspedes. Todo mal. El hotel no está como en las fotos. No tiene un mueble o tan siquiera percheros para la ropa. Le falta decoración a los cuartos.

Thin walls and the music from the bars around there is really loud. The room flooded during the rain and smelled like mold, no door on the toilet room, nor shower door, even though shows hinges on the glass. I pointed out those problems to the owners and they don’t seem to care and what really bothers me was… THEY DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE!.. they are arrogant and they don’t care if you have an issue with the place. They will take your money and pretty much laugh on your face….. there are other options near there. Don’t do the same mistake I did. Stay somewhere else, where you will be comfortable and appreciate it.

Está muy bien ubicado, lástima que decidan no invertir en la satisfacción de sus huéspedes. Algo tan básico como no brindar el servicio de agua caliente me parece una absoluta falta de respeto. La cabecera de una de las camas se estaba cayendo, las escaleras hacia la habitación estaban sucias. Pero para cobrar son buenísimos, marqué antes para avisar que mi vuelo había sido cancelado por desastres naturales y si había alguna manera de no pagar la primera noche en su totalidad, y fue un rotundo no, me dijeron que me iban a dar un desayuno de cortesía y antes de irme lo tuve que pagar. Lo pagué, y en mi estancia completa no tuve agua caliente, nadie pudo resolverlo, cambiarme de habitación o tener la minima intención de resolver o negociar algo, el gerente no se cuando va a trabajar, porque de las 4 noches y 5 días que estuve ahi nunca estuvo para dar la cara. Ha sido una de las experiencias más desagradables que he tenido en un hotel, y es una lástima porque la propiedad y la ubicación están muy bien. Pero el servicio terrible.

Helpful kind staff, our window would not lock & they changed us to a room that had a working window lock without a problem. In a great area if you want to explore the bars & clubs nearby. They have a small gated parking area we had to leave the keys with the front desk in case they had to move it to let another car out. Very clean & good toiletries! Would come back for sure! ◡̈

Excelente servicio de el recepcionista (encargado), súper amable y atento. En cuanto a las habitaciones están “bien”, cama limpia y cuarto limpio, se aprecia que han estado mejorándolo por lo qué hay olores a pintura y silicona gran parte del día. En cuanto a la ubicación está excelente, restaurantes y bares a distancias cortas y mucha seguridad caminar por los alrededores. Si Vuelvo sin dudas.

En general bien. Esperaba algo diferente o especial por el concepto boutique. Nada diferente de un hotel clásico salvo que hay pocos huéspedes y prácticamente no te topas con ninguno. Tiene estacionamiento reducido pero nunca me quedé sin lugar. No probé los desayunos de la propiedad, preferimos ir a los restaurantes de Av. Chapultepec la cual está a 1 calle. En esta avenida hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares, a pie. Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, comunicada, bonita y con todo tipo de negocios, Bancos, etc. Se respira tranquilidad y seguridad al caminar en esta avenida y sus alrededores. El precio es razonable por el valor que recibes.

This hotel has a great location, the staff is super friendly! You got to keep in mind there are some places nearby that play music a little loud at night, so maybe bring some earplugs. Other than that, I totally recommend this place.

No es verdad lo que dice la página del hotel. No tiene jardín, bar, ni centro de negocios. Las habitaciones no están decoradas, no tienen armario, ni cafetera, no secadora, ni siquiera agua de cortesía. Tuve que pedir una mesa para poner mi maleta, de lo contrario debes poner todo en el piso. Las toallas y ropa de cama están manchadas y viejas. Pero lo peor es la limpieza, no asean las habitaciones, ni siquiera sacan la basura diario, solo tienden la cama.

The hotel was very charming . A library, bar and cafe. Service was available and the on site bakery/coffee bar was a lifesaver. The room was very comfortable and the bed amazing! The location is in a very lively part of colonial Americana district surrounded by restaurants and many late night clubs and other conveniences. Not the most quiet on Fri/Sat night - but did not bother me. The property is gated and there is someone in the lobby area all night. I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel and area. I look forward to coming back.
