Room was very spacious for Tokyo. Super quiet. Loved having a washer/dryer in our room and the option to have our trash taken out every day (we were there for 9 nights). Loved the location most of all. Short train rides to all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Ginza is an ideal central location if you don't want to be in a party area but want to be close-in. We would stay again!

It is in the middle of Ginza area. It is very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. The room I stayed in had a laundry and a kitchenette. It was useful for a longer stay.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are ok size if u choose the residential double. But otherwise quite tight. Washing machine in the room is awesome. Can definitely improve on kitchen supplies, I.e only 2 forks and no spoon, no chopsticks. There is no toaster im the room, and they don’t supply it either.

My stay at this hotel was overall okay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, and the general atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant. However, the biggest issue for me was the room cleanliness. The carpet in all locations were stained. The front desk was mostly empty, if you needed anything you could not find help. Stayed at the one in Kyoto it was cleaner and someone was always at the front desk to help.

A bit away from the business of Ginza but still close enough to the action. Rooms are the typical small portions in Japan but at 18 sq meters, we didn't have much room to fully open our checked luggage. However, the best thing about the room was the washer-dryer, even if it did take a while for the load of laundry to be completed.

Great property nearby the attractions of Ginza. Walkable to many areas including Tsukiji fishmarket or Marunouchi if you feel adventurous. The in-room washer/dryer is a fantastic amenity to have especially if you plan on traveling light so you can buy more things to stuff your suitcase with. The only drawback is the rooms are a bit smaller and somewhat dated.

I was not notified about the checkout time at sharp 11 until the checkout day morning and after request the agreed grace time for checkout is 11:30. I rushed back to room and got luggage ready to check out, and arrived at lobby at 11:38. Then the staff insisted on fining me late checkout. When I was trying to explain that the 8min delay was due to my 60-year old mother and me carrying two loaded baggages and it also took some time to wait for the lift, a senior-aged staff (with a badge of an intern 研習中, think her name is 鈴木 although she sneakily took off her name badge after I demanded mark down her name) abruptly stopped me and scolded that no way would excuse be accepted and added ‘this is Japan, not your home country’. Her attitude astounded me as I have never experienced anything before as a frequent traveller to a country well known for service with smile. I firmly rebutted what she said with a louder voice - then to my astonishment, she started to threaten to notify police and said I would never enter Japan due to visa issue as they got photocopy of my passport. Stupid as it is, I STILL paid the late checkout charge with the help of another friendly staff (she is kind all the way to sort things out and appease my anger, think her name is Colzani San - a young woman with a western look), I ignored what the aged woman said. What is more stunning, that 鈴木 woman still kept hold a phone and murmured she followed rules and threatened to call the cop. This is more than AWFUL!

Staff does their job but did not come off very friendly. They also don’t seem to be at the front desk much. You have to ring a bell to get a person to come to the desk. Perhaps they need more staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily. If u want that there will be an extra charge. Complimentary coffee in lobby. They are located near 2 major subway stations and are walking distance to Tsukiji market and high end shopping district.

The staff are all very nice, some speaks limited English, but each tried their best to find out how to help us. The washer and dryer inside the room is an added bonus! Very convenient location with so many good restaurants within walking distance. Will stay again when in the area!

I travelled with family with kids Everything ok until morning I checked out. Day before I check out I told hotel receptionist I will leave Akita early morning 5am and leave my 3 luggage’s in early morning and collect next day , receptionist agreed. Next day early morning 445am a different receptionist told me hotel policy must have reservations than only can leave luggage .. end up I need to cancel my taxi reservation due to size of taxi and paid extra carried all my luggage to Akita, with children’s Poor service The morning receptionist not considered at all. Suggestion to hotel Hire trained employee who can provide best service

C’est notre 5eme séjour à Tokyo et après avoir séjourné 4 fois au Mercure de Ginza Tokyo, nous étions à la recherche d’un autre hôtel suite à sa fermeture. Nous avons trouvé le Tokyu Stay Ginza ! Nous avons pris les chambres les plus grandes pour notre séjour de 3 semaines et nous en sommes pleinement ravis ! Elles sont confortables et calmes !! Le personnel est très accueillant et l’hôtel est idéalement placés dans Ginza, très proche des métros ( 3 lignes la G, M et H qui mènent à de nombreux quartiers ). Nous sommes sûrs de revenir à cet hôtel pour notre 6 ème séjour !

Very small room. Overpriced looking at whole package the hotel offer. Breakfast really bad dont go there cause there is plenty of cafe’s in area offering much better quality at same price. Environment dont seem to have any priority at all. Staff very helpful and serviceminded.

We Loved the Coffee Machine and the Coffee was pretty good We also did the breakfast and it was okay but needs more of and outside menu because it had a lot of tourists and not everyone eats pasta for breakfast

This was our first time to visit Japan. The hotel Tokyo Stay Ginza was very nice and clean. Plus, the room had lots of amenities, like a small kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave and coffee maker. Plus, the hotel offered a buffet breakfast, which was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the train station. I would definitely stay here again.
