No air conditioning in room making it uncomfortable in warm weather, and when you open the window to help cool the room the outside noise will keep you awake. Sadly Hamburg is not the German town we expected with limited restaurants and I would consider generally unkept. On a positive the hotel is very clean. We flew in from the US for a four night stay to attend a family bereavement, I mistakingly booked our Double Comfort room for one occupant instead of two, the hotel charged me another €183 for my wife to stay. I regarded this increase to the the booking price completely unacceptable, and even worse when management ignored me completely when I asked for an explanation.
