Nice hotel but located far from airport and roads was terrible so long transport time. Hotel itself was nice and well maintained with adult pool and kids pool separated. Food was alright but nothing special - but normal when it is buffet. Check in took to long time but check out was swift and efficient.

Customer service was great, the kids loved and having in mind ir is not tjwir first time in the hotel. The water park is amazing, the variety of food and the entertainment in the evening is just what onw would need when on vacation.

From the day I arrived they were very friendly. All the STAFF’s were amazing (I can’t even mention one person)☺️. The place was clean. They gave my son, the best birthday surprise by singing to him and bringing him a cake. It was beautiful and so much more and I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to stay in Mombasa to stay at prideInn paradise. Thank you so much once again.

Our stay was ok, but with some shortfalls in the service. Our room was not ready despite arriving 3 hours after check in time, waited for an hour. No bathroom mats & our child fell. Less water bottles provided. Worst bit the mattress smelt of urine & when we told them they didn’t change it & only flipped it. Waiters at the restaurant were not friendly & appeared overworked. Overall for the amount charged, it’s not value for money. They can do much better.

Friendly staff. Fun activities for kids and adults. Water slide for kids , adult and kids swimming pool. Private beach. Night entertainment from dancers to acrobats. Buffet was superb. Varieties of food choices. They are painting the outside of the house which is nice. They need to update their bedcovers and couches. We enjoyed our stay and it was money well spent. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Everything was exceptional- from the welcome drinks on arrival, to the spa services, the vast options for breakfast and dinner buffet, the afternoon tea included as part of the half board option, the amazing song and dance we received at dinner for our honeymoon, the great views and the spacious rooms. They even decorated our room as they knew this was part of our honeymoon trip. Honestly, this looked and felt like a 5 star resort.

It was in a beautiful setting and the staff were nice and generally professional. My worry is that someone called me witj a 1 (USA) number, claiming to be from Expedia and asking for my credit card details. I found that truly worrisome. How did the person know I had booked? You need to look into that.

The place is good for kids. The buffet options is very poor. I will not pay for full board at all. It’s better to use other restaurants near by that pay for a full board.

Food was excellent. There was variety everyday. Pool was over crowded and customers booked the pool canopies for the entire day instead of using it for a few hours and letting others use it as well. A system of allowing a person use it for a max of 3 hours would avert such a situation
