Excellent services from security guard, front desk, housekeeping to restaurant services they are all good and care. Breakfast is excellent. The pool is heated, how wonderful it is. Location in the heart of the business centre with lots of restaurants choices. National museum, national theatre, craft markets, parliament within walking distance. Just a little old, but clean.

Der er en restaurant på hotellet men der er også flere andre meget tæt på. Lille pool på øverste etage. Masser af kanaler på TV’et og god aircondition.

Excellent hotel. Clean, tidy professional. Super polite staff... staff keep giving me bottles of water all day. Professional security out front keep everyone safe. Breakfast is good, live omelette station. Excellent rooftop area with wooden decking, clean pool, raised area with seating & city views. great food I had steak & brownie with ice cream. Gym is plenty of equipment for all to get a workout. Room is a comfy clean, modern, safe, smart tv, AC. Hot shower. I extended my stay.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, there is a swimming pool and a gym, also a SPA to relax. There is plenty of space to people to relax and chat with friends. Breakfast is good. The location is very convenient in the city center. I would stay here again.

Hotel is undergoing refurbishment so it was very noisy. Rooftop pool only accessible by walking up 4 flights of stairs. Housekeeping were not good with replenishing toiletries automatically. Staff in all areas were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent base to explore Nairobi. Given the negatives I would stay there again.

Hotel is in great condition. The room is very clean and in very good condition. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Foods in restaurant are excellent. We arrived at 9am after long flight. They offered to let us check in early for $50. The airport pick up by hotel was also great. I thought I could walk around hotel as it is centrally located. But the area outside hotel does not look good and it does not seem there are any sidewalks either. Nairobi is not a very walkable city for tourists. Other than that, it’s a very good stay in Nairobi before our Safaris tour

The toilet was dirty when I got to my room. The remote control for the TV was totally destroyed. The curtains in the room were very old and very dirty. There were long hairs on the floor so I do not think anyone cleaned the room when I got there. The hotel is convenient for CBD and safe. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very outdated. The size of the room was just fine for a quick stay.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.

I'll start by saying the staff is absolutely fantastic. Our visit began with Geoffrey, who picked us up from the airport after being incredibly patient while we cleared customs and got our luggage. Geoffrey was very friendly and told us about the area while taking us to the hotel. Other positives - awesome breakfast, complimentary afternoon coffee/tea, and nice affordable spa experience. Drawbacks, half of our party stayed in room 110 and received bed bug bites, which was unsettling. We are still hopeful the bed bugs didn't follow us out. The rooms are somewhat run down. Lastly, the area around the hotel is also pretty rough. Our 16 year old was inappropriately touched by someone while walking to dinner. Because of these issues, we cancelled the rest of our reservation and went elsewhere.

Room and hotel in general is very out dated. Needs to be freshened and refurbished. It’s very dark in the hallways; old carpet. Even the staff uniforms are very outdated. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are fantastic!

The service was great and everyone was very hospitable :). The gym was great - they had a good range of equipment. I didn't end up using the pool, but it looked nice and refreshing. The continental breakfast was lovely! The room was also nice. Bed was comfy and bathroom was completely functioning. One of the things I really loved was how they have a driver to and from the airport upon request - this was very convenient after a 26hr travel day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Rooms are clean but tired. Window was very dirty. Bathroom no lock on door.shower cubicle stiff to close doors(shuddered) when closing. Air con would not drop below 23.5 degrees. Was set at 18degrees..but would not cool room.rooms are small but ok . Bed comfy

I stayed in this hotel twice. Very friendly staff and cooperative. Hotel is in very good location and safe. Pick up from airport was very bad experience during first stay, I came early morning from very long flight and I didn’t find anyone! I made many calls to the hotel and they kept saying driver in the way.

The hotel was very good, well located and with a great team. Doesn't matter if the ladies from the reception, Porter Patrick, all the waitresses in the dining room or Liz of Guest Relations. Also the cleaning team did a great job! We were there 4 days in two weeks, we enjoyed it every single time.

I want to first say we had a 10 day stay at the hotel, so this will be a longer review: Thank you to the staff at Best Western off Moi Avenue. The hotel is at a great central location in CBD with easy access to other parts of town! No need to book excursions on third party sites, there is an excellent excursions desk in the lobby. Chris and Levi were great security and helped me navigate my routes around the city. All of the morning restaurant staff were amazing and I enjoyed my continental breakfast Sammy was very helpful with exploring food choices with the 24-h room service. If you want a place where they treat you as welcomed guests and family to Kenya come here! We booked the Bomas of Kenya and the Safari excursion at the hotel. Thank you Lawrence for being an excellent Safari Guide that took us “hunting” and safely brought us from the hotel to the safari and back to the hotel. A humble thank you to Florence and Patrick who helped my family feel comfortable in this new city and any adjustments we needed in the hotel. I promised myself when I come back to Nairobi I will be staying here! I was nervous to book a long trip to Nairobi but staying at best western Meridian immediately took the stress away.

The worst experience ever. Staff don't know anything about how to interact with customers, and what is the right rules. Also they refused give me invoice for my stay, so anyone will have business visit, be careful that they will nit give you invoice.

Hotel was ok…gym has great machines. Room was small, air-con was too loud, almost impossible to sleep. What bothered us the most was their staff. They were too much motivated it almost felt like intrudence :(. During breakfast 4 people came to introduce themselfs and asked how is breakfast… The breaking point was when, in the evening we were already sleeping after long flight, and they called our room from the reception asking if everything is ok… TWICE!!! Impossible! We wont come back.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Nairobi with many business, shops and restaurants around. Only 20min to the international airport and 10min to the domestic airport. Very convenient. But it is in the intersection of main road with one way that uber driver may be confused going to the back of the hotel. So far, this is a good hotel with price worth. They also can arrange an early take out breakfast at 4:30am for my early morning flight. Good service

Overall great choice to stay while in Nairobi. I wanted somewhere walkable downtown and ot was perfect. Quiet enough but easy walk around downtown. Everyone was extremely nice including the hosts at the restaurant. Breakfast included was a good start. Rooms very clean. Kudos to the team

Had a good experience at the Best Western. Thoroughly recommend arranging transport through the hotel for ease and comfort of knowing someone will be there to pick you up. Had a yummy breakfast before leaving on our safari. All staff were very attentive and caring.
