I have stayed here a few times before. Unfortunately breakfast did not meet expectations this morning - there was a wait for my omelette (not too worried about that) but when it arrived it contained eggshell, not pleasant. Up at the pool this morning there is a chimney and I was covered in small pieces of ash coming from the chimney The staff are great and cannot do enough for you except for the check-in staff who are most unhelpful

Nice clean room, good security protocols. I wish the transfer team had called out that the people with the baggage trolleys were not affiliated with the hotel and were expecting to be paid separately - but also on us for not understanding the culture, so no deduction in rating! Great hotel for overnight transfer flights as it is very close to the airport.

We always stay here when in transit through Nairobi. This wasnt our best stay as unfortunately our room was right next to the door that opened on to the lift landing and the door kept banging all through the night. Also the bar had run out of ice which we weren't told when we ordered our "warm" cocktails. The hotel were extremely apologetic about both issues and the duty manager came to speak to us personally so it wont deter us from staying there again. Great customer service! Always get a great welcome from the transfer team at the airport.
