The location and airport shuttle was very convenient. However, we learned after arriving that the complimentary shuttle was only one way. We were expected to pay for the return. After expressing our disappointment since this was not clearly noted anywhere, they didn’t charge us for the return. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and reasonably priced.

This was my first time in Kenya and a fantastic experience. As depicted in the pictures, the Panari certainly lived up to its prestige. Things I liked: 1) Guest relations, Ms. Claira was EXCELLENT, 5 STARS :) Because we were there for only 12 hours, Claira organized 3 Kenyan experiences, which my wife and I completed in 3 hours. Griffe feeding, need making factory & Maasi Market. 2) The view ot the natural Park with wild animals. 3) The lobby felt very welcoming. Things I did not like: 1) Much-needed upgrade of workout equipment. 2) The shower curtain falls too close to the body. 3) Room service is too slow to respond at times. In all, I would highly recommend this hotel to the next visitor.

Stayed 3 times arriving after Maasai Safari and after Mombassa and flying home. Excellent location whether you are going on Safari or arriving/departing via JKIA, also close to train station. And close to Southern Bypass if going to Maasai Mara or haeding south. Recommend the Deluxe option for easy pickup at airport and breakfast option. If you go for the Natl Park view make sure your above the 6th floor. Several good restaurants in the hotel along with gym and ICE skating rink! Nairobi Natl Park well worth a day trip especially if you missed the Rhino's at Maasai Mara. Highly recommend!

Like many travelers needing a hotel before or after a Kenyan safari, I initially looked at Western chain hotels because they are more familiar, but more expensive than local hotels. You can save money and have a better experience at the Panari. It’s as clean and safe as the chain hotels. Plus there’s much much to do without leaving the hotel. If you’re a lap swimmer there’s a 25 yard pool. An ice skater? There’s an indoor rink! Movie theater and several restaurants too.

Close to airport and train terminal. Close to Southern Bypass if your going on Safari to Massei Mara or North to the lakes. Chinese restaurant and a cafe on site, atm and skating rink. Deluxe option gives you one-way free Airport transfer. Very Convient for arrivals after long flight. Fast Internet. Highly recommend!

This is far from a 5 star hotel It would be lucky to be a 3 star. It is old dated and needs updating. The manager (a male) had no idea when he was quoting hotel terms and conditions. When asked to provide the same, he had no idea. When asked to show on the web site, he could not provide. Indoor pool not heated Overall a very poor experience. Would not stay there again - nor would recommend to anyone. Way too expensive for what it is. Located on a busy road. The shopping mall below was 60% empty and deserted.

Very convenient for safaris, the airport and to travel into the Central Business District. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with a large variety of options. The hotel was average. Our room wasn’t completely clean upon checking in! There were dried rose petals on the floor that had not been cleaned up from the previous occupants. One can only imagine what was happening in that room! Disgusting! Thank God I packed disposable bed linen for my family! Otherwise the stay was okay until check-out. We were rushing out to head to the airport and the receptionist decided last minute to call us back upstairs. Once upstairs, she stated she did not properly charge us for the stay and needed to charge more money! Her math was off! I had to show my receipt to verify charges! I also had to help her with the calculations before being charged the difference. All of that was a major INCONVENIENCE when heading out to a super busy airport! We will not be returning to The Panari Hotel.

5* ?! Die sind erfunden und ausgedacht. Das Hotel hat wenn überhaupt drei Sterne verdient. Kein Porter Service, Türschließung funktioniert nicht. Ich musste mehrere Male umziehen. Zimmer dreckig. Concierge Service trotz Zusage nicht vorhanden. Front Office Manager unfähig, reagierte auch das Feedback mit "sorry sir".

A convenient location close to airport. Has a restaurant and movie theatre. Very clean and wonderful staff! Story time: my son and I were visiting from the US to see our family for the holidays and he accidentally broke his leg. I was of course heart broken as this was a very important family trip. I am not exaggerating when I say the entire staff there took such good care for us and did practically anything to keep a smile on our face. They steadily became family to us. The guest relations staff, the chief and Peter and Evelyn would check in with us daily. The staff cleaning would do the same. The security staff, Luke from the bar. I’ve been to 45 countries and have never experienced such a warm welcome and loving team. We thank you all for helping to turn our lemons into sweet lemonade. Many blessings to all of you. We will never forget the love and care each of you extended to us. The entire team is amazing! Asante Sana!

Well located near the airport and overlooking the national park, nice view of sunset behind Mt Suswa. Reception friendly and helpful, rooms good size, with fridge but no microwave. Restaurants downstairs are good. We would stay again

We arrived at the property at midnight and left at 7:30 in the morning. It was an overnight stay from the next day. As a result, we didn’t use any of the facilities, although they looked good. The room itself was a little old from a furnishing standpoint The room could use updates. However, it was fine for what we needed.

Room was too hot so swapped to an alternate which was equally as hot. If you are ok sleeping at 25C that’s fine, but for an airport hotel people need to realign!

Being close to the airport and the national park was excellent! Room service did a great job and the only small complaint is that getting picked up at the airport was not curbside, but we had to walk for quite a while to a parking garage to find the car with the driver.

I was arriving early in the morning from Safari and the staff made every effort to successfully allow me to check into my room HOURS before regular check in time, for which I was incredibly grateful!! This hotel scammed me. I booked the room that sleeps three at a higher price )than rooms advertised to sleep 1 or 2. When I got there they said I paid for a room with three beds but not for three people. They charges $50 for each additional person raising the price of the room for three by $100.

The hotel is so close to the airport... which is great, and the Southern Bypass. This is an excellent location for the park too, as there are entrances only 5-10 minutes from the lobby. The food was quite good and the restaurants had particularly tasty Indian foods. Generous portions (no appetizer needed) and speedy services... The staff were absolutely outstanding. So kind, courteous and helpful. In particular, Clara and Alfred took amazing care to get to know me and create a number of moments I will never forget. Whether work or eco-vacation, I love this hotel. The views of the park from the bar are splendid and relaxing.
