Really amazing stay, I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation for the price. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bar/restaurant on-site is great. I really appreciated that there were curtains in the bed to make for more privacy when sleeping. Comfy bedding! The view from the rooftop is amazing! I've found my new go-to spot when in Paris.

Accueil chaleureux avec une boisson de bienvenue offerte. Le plus de cet établissement par rapport à celui de Nation est la salle de bar/snack où il est possible de rencontrer les autres voyageurs et se poser pour travailler. Les chambres et les douches sont propres. Le seul reproche est le nombre de toilettes disponible, 1 seul par étage donc cela peut être l'embouteillage. Un deuxième WC homme serait la bienvenue. J'ai baissé la note côté confort car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre, dans mon lit en hauteur, et il est impossible de régler la température de la chambre. Demande faite à la réception le 1er soir mais le lendemain c'était pareil ! 😬😬 Également la dangerosité de l'accès aux lits en hauteur est à revoir : enlevez les bandes décoratives situées derrière les marches afin que l'on puisse mieux positionner nos pieds. Autrement, l'auberge est très bien et bien situé : 2 stations de métro à proximité et de nombreux restaurants.

People who say that it is in the middle of nowhere need their head examined. Yes it isn't next to the Eiffel Tower, but not everything in Paris is near each other, in fact most things aren't! The bar on the first floor seems to have a bit of a cult following, with regulars coming in that are always good to give advise on what to do or see. Only thing to criticise is probably the second bunk being too high, the lockers should be moved from being under the bottom bunk, and both bunks lowered. If I am ever transiting through Paris again, I'd definitely consider revisiting.

Struttura gradevole pulita e personale gentile, vicino alle fermate della metro anche se c'è da dire che il quartiere non è dei migliori, personaggi poco raccomandabili ci girano. Booked this due to its proximity to the Eurostar station. Didn’t realise it was more of a party hostel. Music downstairs/surrounding area was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Also booked a room for six but the room was really tiny with not much space to even move around. Expected a bit more considering it has a good rating.

I fully recommend The People Paris, from the very friendly check in girl, the barmen etc all couldn’t be more helpful and do enough for me! The hotel is located next to two Metro stations (2 or 5 minutes walk) so perfect for discovering the capital French city easily, which I did!

La atención que tiene el personal es excelente, te reciben muy bien a cualquier hora y te apoyan en cualquier cosas que necesites. Que quede ubicada muy cercana a una parada de metro, ayuda bastante ya que está un poco retirado del centro de Paris. Si buscas un lugar donde busques seguir la fiesta, este es el lugar. Si buscas algo más tranquilo para descansar después de conocer todo Paris, no sería lo más recomendable ya que el ruido del bar de abajo está muy presente en las habitaciones. Puede mejorar un poco la parte de la limpieza de los baños.

We did not stay here even though we paid for 3 nights. We have never been to Paris and based on previous reviews we booked this place. Our taxi cab driver on the way to this place, told us this is not a safe area. None of the pictures that were shown shows the area around this place. No one with kids would ever pick this place and feel that it is safe area. This place is non refundable so buyer beware. We lost over $1,000 by not receiving a refund because it’s not a safe area. Our unbiassed taxi cab driver took us to another location and made sure that we were in another safe place and area, he even reached out to us after a couple of days to make sure we were safe….

Fantastic hostel for a solo female traveller! Cannot recommend enough. Location is a little removed from the main tourist areas. Personally, that wasn't an issue for me but it's definitely something to consider if that's important to you. Even if it is, there are two metro stations within a block of the hostel! I would highly recommend staying here when you come to Paris!
