Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

Everything is so good.Butvyou have to pay $15 fir parking each day is you stay.

I purposely booked at this hotel because I was in town to see my children and it had an indoor pool. The pool heater was either broken or not on and we couldn't even use the pool. It was ice cold. I could've stayed at a Motel 6.

Came in from out of town for the Kendrick Lamar & SZA concert. This is actually our 2nd stay here and just as before we enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff were very accommodating to our request for an early check-in and late check out. Very friendly staff. Convenient and reasonably priced parking. The hotel is just 8 mins from the Wells Fargo Center and Lincoln Field Stadium. Breakfast was very good with very nice options. Clean and quiet rooms! Dining options were about 10 mins from the hotel. I wouldn't say the area is walkable, however, restaurants and main events are about a 10 min drive away. Will consider this hotel again whenever we come back to Philly! :-)

This is a nice property. Clean, quiet, staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the pool was closed for maintenence - one of the main reasons I chose this location was so my Grand kids could do some swimming so that was a disappointment to us all. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. We went for an over night trip. Staff were friendly and polite at both check in and check out. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. They do end it right on time so make sure you get it before they shut it down. The pool is your average hotel pool but also well kept. Overall nice hotel. Would recommend and go again.

No room service, you have to pay for parking $10 per day plus tax. The pool was dirty and reeked of heavy chlorine.

Quick overnighter near the airport, on time shuttle, super-friendly front desk staff, very nice suites, only issue 5th floor gets very warm, turned on AC to cool room to comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good, can you add cut fruit? And thank you for offering the Epoch Times too, great alternative to the Phila Inquirer. Oh-and please open the bar with food options at least on Saturdays!

Choose this location for the friendly staff. They were the best. Don’t choose it for the pool. It was very dirty. The room was dirty too.

Pretty disappointed at this price point. It’s like a hotel that used to be nice, but no one maintained it. The indoor pool that was our main reason for booking there was broken (we called two days before to verify it was working and was told it was). The bar was closed (on New Year’s Eve?!). The room had many broken items inside including the pull out bed/ couch and the mattress on the pull out was dirty with burns on it. Lots of stains and the hot water in the shower was scalding. Staff was friendly to their credit - and breakfast was decent.

I wish the bar opened earlier. Five o’clock is so late. My flight was canceled and I got to the hotel at noon, but if the bar opened earlier, I would’ve had a drink. I had to wake up at 3am for my flight so I didn’t.

While the check in staff were friendly and the process was smooth, we waited almost a half hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle (called for, no driver, they were finally going to call another hotel shuttle but was going to be a longer wait). We ended up taking a taxi. Hallway carpets were dirty with strong odors…take out food? And our room had a bad odor upon entering though the bathroom was large and clean. Bad pillows, dumpy sofa. Overall the staff were very friendly and efficient but Residence Inn/ Marriott needs to make improvements on the property and automatically pay for taxis when their shuttle is not working.

The rooms were disgusting. I don’t know how other reviewers have given this place a 9.5 out of 10. We missed our connection and were exhausted hoping for a nice place to stay for the night. The floors and walls are dirty & sticky and there was food on the furniture.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our short one night getaway to see a show. The price was also amazing for what we got, which included almost a full kitchen. We will definitely book here again for future trips

Hotel is barely adequte. Not particularly clean. No airport shuttle as the driver didn’t show up. We stayed one night. Would not recommend

I loved everything about the property especially the staff they were all amazing. The rooms were spacious and so clean and the breakfast was amazing I never usually eat hotel breakfast but I have to say hands down I was down there two days in a row. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Philly.

Overall very good. Our carpet had a disgusting stain that looked like possibly blood. Just was a little unsettling. Workers were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I ever get to Philadelphia again.

My room was absolutely amazing. The front desk and staff is nice and very helpful. Their airport shuttle operates 24/7, so that's definitely a plus. Quick access to freeway. I only wish that I would've had a few more days to enjoy the spacious accomodations.

Great staff. BUT, I paid for 5 adults to sleep on 3 beds. The third bed was a TERRIBLE sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was torn, no springs, caved in middle of bed. Other two beds were great. All paying guests should be provided a great mattress.

Junior suite was great size for a family of 5 with full kitchen , dining and living room. Quiet area away from city.

The king bed suite was roomy, convenient, and cozy. We were beyond satisfied with their continental breakfast on a daily basis. Destiny is very friendly, customer focused, and hardworking. They had nutritious and delicious protein items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and oatmeal. Lastly, being so close to the airport made the shuttle ride nice and easy.

We booked a 1 bedroom which was advertised with two queen beds for four people. The beds were full size and one had a dip in the mattress. The hotel is very noisey due to being near the road. We were in an end unit so traffic noise may have been worse inour room. Would not stay again due to these reasons. It is convenient location to the airport

Housekeeper failed to knock before opening door with master key.

We had to ask 3 times for a baby crib. Bar was closed and we were told it is only open Monday-Friday which totally made no sense not having a bar open on the weekend. Entire hotel didn’t have one ice machine and when we asked for ice we were told someone will bring it to the room which never happened. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy..

The room and breakfast was what I expected, but the service we received from every employee we came in contact with was stellar. Friendly. Courteous. Helpful. All in the course of daily service.

The staff inside to the hotel were great I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. But what I absolutely didn’t like it better yet who I didn’t appreciate. The hotel shuttle driver. The ma was extremely rude from beginning to end and refused to apologize when he stood corrected. I have never in my life been talked to by someone that is supposed to provide a customer service and courtesy. He was rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and stern

STEER CLEAR IF THE HOTEL SHUTTLE IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU. Had to call the hotel TWICE (they didn’t send it the first time, so had to call again after 15 minutes), and then got a ton of attitude from the driver who said he couldn’t find me although I was at the hotel courtesy shuttle stop. Then at the hotel, the refrigerator in the room was like a jackhammer going all night. I took a video to show others.

Subject: Concern Regarding Reservation Relocation – Residence Inn Philadelphia Airport Dear [Hotel Manager’s Name or Marriott Customer Care], I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent reservation experience at the Residence Inn Philadelphia Airport for September 9–11, 2025. As I was arriving in Philadelphia, I received a call from a staff member named Kelly, who informed me that the hotel had overextended itself and that my confirmed reservation would be moved to a sister property. When I asked how this decision was made, she did not provide clarification. I explained to her that I was in Philadelphia for a funeral and had specifically chosen the Residence Inn because other family members were staying there. Instead of addressing my concern, she replied that there were no rooms blocked off for a funeral, which was not what I had stated. I found this response dismissive and unhelpful. Kelly informed me that I would receive one complimentary night at the sister property and that the second night would cost $189. My family and I were ultimately checked into the SpringHill Suites, where we were assisted by a kind staff member, Ms. Freddy. However, even she seemed unfamiliar with the process of handling our reservation relocation, which required her to reach back out to Kelly on September 10th. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time for my family. I am disappointed that my confirmed reservation was not honored,

Great overnight before our flight out of Philly. Staff was amazing......the checkin, the bar staff, the shuttle driver (both for dinner and for the airport transport) were the best we've had in many tirps.... The room was a surprise.....clean, large and comfortable...Perfect for us! Thank you!

Room was clean, housekeeping is every other day. Wish front desk would have shared the info. No restaurant within walking distance. Neighborhood was not desirable.

We stayed one night. Man at front desk was super nice. Our room was fine, a little dark, need more or brighter lights. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was just so so. Ran out of coffee and when a guest tried to tell a worker, the worker cut him off and said she knew in a rude way.

Amazing hotel. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was awesome. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

This was the best "free" breakfast I've ever seen. Fresh hot (and cold) choices. Real scrambled eggs, three sausage choices, waffles your way -- and more, Friendly, helpful staff. An airport hotel, but no noise! There was a charge for parking, but about half of the places in downtown Philly. Appreciated the kitchen with a real fridge/freezer. No ice cream soup!
