Nice location, enjoyed walks along the waterfront, relaxing pool, cabin was comfortable with nice, quality bathroom supplies. Only let down was that the fire alarm decided to go off during the middle of the night for no apparent reason.

It was close to the activities in the park like tennis court, playground and pool. Very comfortable and quiet stay. TV- the Netflix didn't work at all in my cabin maybe should asked for help with that. As we only had LiveTV. Will next time if happens again on our stay. Definitely needs a little bit of an update on equipment for older kids (8-10 year old.)

the 1 blanket in the cabin, smelt like dirty dog. cabin was dirty and have photos. the bunk beds sheets smelt like they needed a wash. 1 toilet roll for 3 people over 2 days. the whole cabin could do with a decent clean. the entry curtain is old and needing replacing. pool area needs attention with relation to the tiles. no where near what we thought we where getting, considering the booking pics make it look grand. we will never stay again. very much needs some better cleaners and more love and respect but in.

Cabin needed some repairs, with glass entry and screen door rolling shut as floors are on a slope, shower screen seal needs replacing, bed mattress uncomfortable, fly screens have holes, but location is great and park features good with kids play area, pool and small laundry.

There was food left over in the freezer that appeared to have been in there for a very long time. It looks like it might have been chicken a very long time ago but was now white and partially frozen over by the freezer that was in major need of a defrost. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. the cutting board had left over food on one side

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but the bins hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests and there was no air conditioning/fan running when we arrived so it wasn’t pleasant. The fridge was leaking water and destroyed quite a bit of food overnight. The air conditioner wouldn’t adjust so it was either freezing cold or boiling hot and the tv remote barely worked. When we were preparing to leave, we also found someone else’s shoes still in the cabin. There were also only three plates in the cupboard. The bed was comfortable and it is well located.

We stayed in B03 and unfortunately the cabin hadn’t been cleaned to an appropriate standard. It was missing a fourth fork, the cupboard floor was dirty, the kitchen shelving had bread crumbs scattered at the back of it and the chairs inside hadn’t been wiped down. When we arrived, there were two minute noodles and rubbish at the door step. The fire alarm went off twice through the night for no obvious reason and the air conditioning unit was making noises that made it hard to sleep. The pool and scenery across the road made up for some of the lacklustre of the unit.

The staff are always welcoming, the bed’s very comfy, the studio is extremely clean and the gardens in the park itself are beautifully kept. We love the location, across from the beach for a late afternoon or early morning walk. Will definitely stay next year when in Cairns again.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a new 3 bedroom villa by the welcoming staff(they were lovely). The unit was very spacious and would be excellent for a family or group of 6-8. Luggage storage in bedroom was a little short but we were lucky could use spare room. Could be a little noisy as it is right on the road to Pallarenda however you cant control fools in cars! Other than that it was excellent. Beautiful views verandah to eat dinner or just sit and relax. Great staff, great unit great location. Excellent price as we were upgraded free of charge. Dedinitely would stay again:)

I wasn't able to make the journey due to unforeseen circumstances _i contacted intended choice of stay left message stating the situation and continued to apologise also appreciate 5 🌟 online service although the reservations were mostly confusing for the staff _ I have documented my communication and I did state I have paid for travel dates to covered with travel insurance . From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The front desk staff had welcoming smiles & our check in was made easy. Our en-suite studio cabin was a reasonable size, considering it was open plan, with a deck for an afternoon drink. The caravan park itself is across the road from the beach with a walking track in either direction if you want to stretch your legs, which we did. It’s only a 2min drive or 5min walk to a small group of shops, which is very convenient. We were only there for a quick overnight stay, however it’s location, friendly staff and many facilities impressed us, and we won’t hesitate to book a few extra nights when we return next year

I was here during the floods and the surrounds were damp and not inviting. I arrived very late and they made the process of finding and accessing my room very easy. They had the aircon on so the room was cool and dry. Basic equipment, tea and coffee available. Good value for money.

Our stay at Rowes Bay was fantastic. We had a cabin (number 01) across the road from the foreshore - great views. The cabin was comfy and the location was amazing. Highly recommend it.

Only complaint was dishes were filthy and being a post op patient wasn't good Had to scrub cofffee off cups. Overall place was awesome and coffee cart out front a bonus! Will be back 😊
