A wonderful stay at JR-East Hotel Mets Omori. The room was always clean and comfortable, and every staff member was genuinely kind and helpful despite my very limited Japanese. Their warm hospitality made my trip even more memorable. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. Arigatou gozaimashita!

I had a wonderful stay at JR-East Hotel Mets Omori. It was honestly one of the best choices I made for my vacation in Tokyo. The location was very convenient, the room was always clean and comfortable, and everything made my stay feel easy and relaxing. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, even though I only speak very basic Japanese. I always felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my future trips to Tokyo. Thank you for making my vacation even better!

Perfect hotel if you are departing from Haneda airport since the hotel is an integral part of the metro station. Not a very cozy area around the hotel.

The room was a bit small as you'd expect from Tokyo. So you need to get a bit creative with how you open your bags. But the location is great since it's easy access to JR Rail. Lots of free amenity items if you've forgotten something. Check-in process was easy and much of the staff speak good English and were helpful the one time we needed to call for assistance. There are only 4 laundry machines but you can check their status from the TV. The 5th floor of the building is mostly restaurants including a Kura sushi belt restaurant which was a bonus. Lots of little shops in the area and fairly lite on tourists. The only downsides were really that I thought the price was a bit high for the size of the room and that I don't think the breakfast option is worth the cost. You basically just get ¥1000 coupons that are usable at three Cafes in the building. The Grandir Patisserie is worth trying but you probably won't want to eat there every morning and your basically paying what the coupon discounts.
