Staybridge Suites Miamisburg by IHG

Very nice room. First time having a small kitchen with full size fridge. Seating area outback was very homey feeling. Even has a gas firepit with lounge chairs all around it. Would atay here again.

Stayed here multiple times. They are currently renovating the hallways but doesn't take away from a nice stay .

The rooms have been remodeled and were clean. The breakfast was nice. They have happy hours. I wasn\'t able to partake but it seemed very well attended. Alot of business class and professional people staying at this location. I appreciated the complimentary microwave popcorn. Was supposed to have my room "lightly" cleaned but noone showed. Not amajor issue since i was only there for 2 nights.

Great family stay. The suite style was excellent, and the location was perfect. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gym had just about everything we needed. The hotel is dated and could use a refresh, but everything was relatively clean.

The only dislike I had was that the pool needs a little love. We weren’t sure if it was missing pieces or dirty water

Loved our 2 night stay there! Loved that they anticipated the number of kids staying in the area and made it where kids could only go to the pool with their adults. It kept the pool chaos down and was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so friendly! I loved the outdoor sitting area and quietness of the entire hotel. Couldn’t even tell there were a lot of kids staying there. (We also had our two kids with us.) Our hotel room was very clean and I loved that it came stashed with dishes and cookware and a full size fridge. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Breakfast is great with a wide selection. Everything you need in the room. No ice machines though. Very comfy and clean in a great area. No issues. No smart TV but internet worked well for my devices.

The facilities are fantastic - the room, the workout room, the pool, the dining facilities, etc. Monday through Wednesday they have community nights with free beer and wine and excellent food that could be your dinner. The only bad thing is their luggage carts. They're 3-wheelers, which means they can tip over with a lot of weight - and someone thought it was a good idea to "streamline" the platform by narrowing it from back to front. Hopefully they replace those before long.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for to have a Staycation for our daughters birthday. We had two of her friends join us for dinner and swimming so the kitchen in the room was so nice to have and the pool was perfect! The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar was the best hotel breakfast bar I’ve encountered and the lobby was so cozy with a working fireplace. Overall it was a great experience, 5/5!

A very nice clean new comfortable property and rooms

The room was dirty. The sink had dried chunks of odd food debris, counter was dirty, in the toilet sat a huge wad of hair. One can only believe that the toilet was not cleaned from prior guests. I went to front desk showed the woman a pic of the sink and informed her about the toilet and overall uncleanliness. She responded “I’ll make a note of it” to which I responded you haven’t asked what our room number is or my name. She finally asked and informed me that she “cannot refund our money (I did not ask her to, FYI) and simply stated “I can only move you to another room” to which I responded that we had a late check- in and were tired. This is our 9-10th time we’ve stayed at this location over the years. We were very displeased with this specific stay.

Very loud clanking or banging noise intermittently inside room. Couldn't determine source. Bathroom sink was clogged. Food was on the floor beside the bed. A glass pane from the cabinetry was on the kitchen counter. Most dishes were still in dishwasher. Ironing table had a powder on the cloth which I had to clean. Distracted by that i nearly ruined a brand new Michael Kors dress shirt because the iron had a filthy residue, like a melted sticker or something, on the plate. The bright white shirt was stained slightly and I had to use a hair drier to iron it as best I could. The bathroom (shower room) was cramped and awkward which created some awkward situations. The mattress was soft and left both of us with back pains for a few days. I was told maid service was request only but the maids knocked on our door, interrupting an important call. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail and cleanliness. The front desk staff were pleasant as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast was clearly the high point, though I was disappointed that they only offered bacon one day. It was slightly annoying that juices, coffee, and sodas were free, but bottled water had to be purchased. Most of the issues were house-cleaning related and easily resolved. Would I stay again? Considering that there are two similar nearby hotels with relatively similar rates, probably not. I would have taken pics but didn't plan to review, and only did because I received a follow-up email.

Always our top choice when we’re in the area. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Quiet halls and great sleep!

We enjoyed our one-night stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. The rooms were also very clean.

When seeing this place was a 9/10 on Hotels.com we thought we’d be in for a treat. This was not the case. While the staff were friendly and the lobby was nice the room lacked. The bed was very stiff. The wall thermostat did not work and the room layout was very odd. The furniture in the room was dirty enough we put a towel over the armrests of the chair and seat as a barrier.

1st time here. Enjoyed every aspect of the room and property. The room was spacious and felt like home. Highly recommend!

The staff we talked to was very nice but we had to wait in the lobby almost an hour after check in for our room to be ready. Also we were woken up early in the morning due to what sounded like the person above us running around their room for two hours straight. Definitely won't be staying here again.

We experienced a power outage due to storm activity that lasted more than 12 hrs. The staff still had a minimal breakfast for us. It wasn’t their fault and the regular breakfast is very good. The only thing that we found unpleasant was the layout of the room. If you both are not getting up at same time, the sink and closet area is next to the bed with no way to mitigate the lights. The room was nice and comfy and clean.

Wonderful and very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities and a nice supply of items in the kitchen.

Our stay was fabulous! We were there to celebrate my sister’s birthday and it was perfect. Great size room for the price. It was very clean and comfortable. We even got locked out of our room and the sweet young woman working. The front desk was so understanding and helped us right away. Would definitely come back to stay here and recommend it to all my family and friends.

My flight was canceled so I was unable to make it to Ohio. The hotel still charged me full price for my stay even though I explained my situation. They blamed it on Expedia and now Expedia is blaming it on them. Very poor customer service all the way around.

Guests above me was inclusive of small children. There was running, jumping, and yelling. Such is family life, but as I was traveling alone and needed rest, I requested a room change which I was initially denied because I was told my room could not be resold for the night. I was told a call would be made about the disturbances. If the call was made, there was no relief. After 6 hours I gave up and just left the hotel. I checked out and then I as offered another room. This was not a budget\economy room rate. For what I paid, it could equaled two rooms at another site. Families are families, so I don’t blame them, but Staybridge could have been accommodating to a single traveler needed some quiet and rest. IHG did give me some member points.

We continue to stay at the Staybriidge in Miamisburg because the staff are great and the hotel is well taken care of. We have no need to look for anywhere else to stay when we visit our son and his family in Centerville.

Excellent suites stay. This area has everything and is accessible from I-75 and I-675. Quiet room and all host were very friendly.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we will likely stay again. It is extremely clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Very clean hotel and convenient to restaurants and shops. Only drawback was that their free breakfast was not that good. However, staff is very friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

This is a good place to stay when in Dayton. It is clean and quiet. It offers breakfast in the morning and a light dinner / snack with drinks in the evening.

Rooms and facitlites are nice, however it is quite overpriced. Breakfast is pretty average quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.
