Beautiful room with everything you need (fridge, coffee maker, soaps, TV with Netflix log in). WiFi was good. There were both a ceiling fan and AC. They offer beach towels, but don't have very many, so make sure you ask early or bring your own. All in all the room was very comfortable. Location is good, 10 mins walk to the North beach and 3 min walk from the main street. 3 mins to the ferry terminal. The staff was polite enough, but not very friendly. We felt like we were an annoyance to them, when we should have felt welcome.

Staff was very friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel is small and private so our stay was pleasant. I recommend this hotel and will definately consider staying here next time I travel to Isla Mujeres.
