This is a "bare bones" property. You must bring all your own kitchen ware in order to utilize the kitchen. The website was misleading on this point. House keeping is every 2 weeks so you either change your own sheets and towels or you have dirty linen

Property is more set up as a long stay/live in hotel, and does not have good facilities for short stays. No toiletries, in room, coffee machine, breakfast, etc. Perfect for a week or more as it has a kitchenette and large fridge/freezer, but suggest elsewhere for shorter stays.

I wish i had read the reviews. The cable was still out for the entire week i was there. The free wifi was absolute garbage. I even paid for the upgrade and there was really no difference. The staff was excellent when they were there, the office hours end at 4 during the week. Then the airplanes taking off every 3 minutes. They did call me before i checked in to let me know the cable was out but they didn't say it's been out for at least 2 months.

Was charged twice,the place was loud, smelled awful. When I went out to the car the next morning our window was was busted out along with 8 other cars. This place is a nightmare. I will never even consider staying there again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Front desk locks up at 8pm. If you check in after that, you have to ring a phone and wait 20 minutes for someone to help you. Multiple signs read “surveillance throughout the property”, but that just means inside. There are zero cameras outside. During one night of my stay, my car window, and multiple others, were smashed in. The front desk and management did not care. They didn’t even call me to let me know what happened. There’s a kitchen, but nothing supplied to use in the kitchen. Most long term residents seem to be meth addicts. When it rains the tv stops working.

There was blood in the shower that was not mine! There were roaches. The whole hotel was smoking. You could smell that and chemicals everywhere. The front desk people will lie to you. They told me I can cancel the next two nights for a refund but I must stay that initial Thursday night. Yet they won’t and are dodging call left and right. Absolutely awful

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and kind. The room was fine for us as we only needed a place for less than 12 hours. Bed comfortable, tv, fridg, great shower. Just no complaints.

Overall the property and room were clean. Upon check in, clerk repeatedly told us “no amenities” which was abundantly clear when we got to our room and found less than half a roll of toilet paper and no spare! Had a kitchenette but no towels aside from the 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths. Fortunately this was just a stop and sleep visit, and it worked fine for that. Very close to airport but great soundproofing as we never heard a single plane once inside.

The hotel was very pleasant and in a nice location. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the two pillows were accommodating. The location was very nice and the level of noise was non-existent. There wss a fee for items such as dishes, flatware, pots etc. but I had no need on this trip being that it was last minute situation.

You get what you pay for but we have paid the same price and stayed on nicer places. We checked in on Friday and Checked out Sunday. That was the only two times I saw someone at the front desk. Saturday we left the hotel around 8:30 am and returned around 8-8:30 pm, didn’t see anyone at the front desk either time. The room was clean and sufficient but the pillows were super flat. I was hoping to get extra ones at the front desk but again didn’t ever see a worker. The elevator had trash in it a couple times. We stayed on the 4th floor and there seemed to be some guests having a party. The hallways smelled strongly of pot and they were extremely loud. What employees I did see was very nice but doesn’t seem to be enough staff or hours given to be able to monitor the hotel properly. I probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

It's pretty much safe, doors are double lock u need to have card to access the front desk or get in hallway, clean and comfy. Only thing is no sound proof . If you are a light sleeper your not going to like it. You can hear footsteps, closing door, water running. Parking is nice not ghetto.

The property was neat and clean. Check in process was easy and the office clerk was happy, smiling and made me feel comfortable. He was at ease, even though there were a few people standing in the lobby. Check out was just as easy-the morning staff was also very welcoming and eager to help. I will definitely book here again, especially if I have a longer stay. Kudos to the team here in Nashville.

An employee from the hotel called me two and a half hours before check in and canceled my reservation due to "over booking". Guess how easy it was to find another hotel room somewhere else last minute. It wasn't! In which we ended up driving an extra 6 hours on our trip.

Overall a pretty terrible experience was had here at Woodspring Suits. We checked in here for the night after our wedding to leave for our honeymoon. Service was terrible as when we arrived there was no one on site to check us in. You have to call to get someone to help service you at front desk and have to wait on them to show up. Room was disgusting. Comforter was quite literally as thin as a sheet. Very misleading pictures promoted on website..beware! Should’ve spent the extra $10 for the holiday inn. This hotel isn’t worth what they are charging.

When I got there, I was told that the tv and the Internet was not working, which is fine because I was only staying one day but also when I was checking out, there was no one around and people were just leaving their key cards on the desk so no real staff to help and the number they gave to call Didn’t reach anyone

This location is located near harding place! Which is amazing because it’s close to a Sam’s Club and Multiple Fast Food Restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly, made me feel just like family! My room was clean and it was just peaceful. I will becoming back to this location.

Really no frills. Booking info should emphasize that this is an EXTENDED-STAY facility, not a hotel. Services are very limited, with no one at the front desk overnight. Even cookware and dishes must be purchased (on-site or elsewhere), and there’s nothing nearby if you don’t have a car. It’s half a mile down a dark, windy road with nothing but businesses…all industrial and closed at night. Several guests were very loud, up all night, and looked a bit “sketchy”. My floor was sticky, even after I had one of the housekeepers damp mop it, and the desk was a simple table with a basic “guest” chair (doesn’t roll or adjust in any way). Finally, twice during the week my key failed to open the door from the lobby to guest rooms. The first time it worked after another guest used the door from inside, the 2nd when maintenance arrived and used their key. Had it been the EXTERIOR door, I’d have been stuck outside for 15 minutes or more until the guy showed up. Very economical if you know what you’re getting, and pet friendly if you need that feature. But once you book for a week, it’s hard to cancel or cut the stay short, so the info on the site should really make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It’s renting a cheap studio apartment by the week.

It’s an ok property but the front desk staff was very helpful, and that’s important. The room is nice and clean, only provided 2 pillows , if you’re on a budget and want a good place this one is close to food chains like McDonalds and Wendy’s.

Pros: Great accommodations. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Rooms are large with extended stay appliances. Refrigerator, microwave, 2 stovetop burners. Spacious bathroom. Compare to similar price-wise is for short term is best close to airport. Cons: Interstate noise, airport traffic, and homeless are in the area.

The room served its purpose for the three nights we stayed, it was clean and felt safe and secure. There were a few things that were disappointing but was aware of going into it from previous reviews. The lack of service at the front desk and amenities was disappointing. We were given two towels for a three night stay for four people and expected to pay for any extras. The kitchen would be nice if they at least provided something to cook with and not charged $30 for a set of stuff. Overall, it was cheap and convenient and we enjoyed our stay as we weren’t really at the hotel a lot anyway.

Unable to Check-In early without an early check-in fee then the hotel desk didn’t know how to provide a temporary internet password for me to use in lobby until check-in. Be aware, this is not a hotel where travel size necessities like shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided.

Tucked away in industrial area but it’s fairly quite,front desk people are nice,room has stove,fridge,Microwave but if you plan on cooking bring a pan,oil cooking essentials and cups,plates. Room does have a funny smell but your nose gets used to it after an hour and don’t smell it again until you leave and come back later.

Only one bar of soap, no shampoo, no coffee/tea and coffee pot, body hair all over the shower and tub, blanket was wet where they sprayed too much disinfectant (I'm assuming that's what it was), bed rolls away from the wall pretty easily, and no breakfast. Thankful we only had to stay one night.
