The hotel is close to highway 15 away from center. Hotel did not provide towels during my stay. I was never able to get a hold of receptionist. I had to walk twice to lobby for towels. I finally got pool towels. Only one receptionist during high season. Pool is small and crowded. Breakfast was fine. Area is close to major stores. There weren’t many restaurants with in walking distance.

Check in was great . Parking is easy with 24 hr security . Breakfast Buffet was well supplied ,very tasty, friendly staff, clean , Property is newer and well maintained . Alma at the front desk is very helpful to all the guests competent, and extremely efficient . Room was clean and quiet, Good Restaurants on both sides of the hotel. So nice to be welcomed and treated as a respected Guest .

Nos dieron una habitación con el desague de la ducha tapado, se acumulaba toda el agua y no drenaba. Luego la destaparon y al amanecer me desperté con olor a cloaca super fuerte, el olor salía del baño era muy fuerte, tuve que dormir así hasta el día siguiente a que nos cambien de habitación. Sábanas, almohadas y toallas siempre tienen manchas o sucias, pese a que están lavadas, mala experiencia.

The staff and location are excellent. Cleanliness and general maintenance has deteriorated. We stayed on that hotel when it was almost new, the facility has deteriorated more than expected. The bed sheet was stained, which was a big turn off.

Booked for 3 nights and ended up having to check out early on the first day due to a family emergency. Front desk (Alondra) reached out to management and they informed me I would be reimbursed for one night only which I understood and thought was fair. Now that Expedia has reached out to them they have gone back on their word and i will not be reimbursed for any of the 3 unused nights. Well they lost a returning guest over $60. They needed the money more than I did I guess.

The price is certainly right but not surprisingly reflected in the hotel's distance from the malecon. As with much of the outskirts of Mazetlan, there seems to be a construction boom, and that is certainly evident near the hotel which does result in considerable construction noise during the day and into the evening (up to 9PM) and at least two of the restaurants listed on Google maps have been gobbled up in the boom. Staff were pleasant and friendly but I would have preferred that the kind ladies serving the breakfast (which by the way was very good) would have been wearing face masks.

In this economic hotel, there is little in the way of extras, but the free breakfast is a nice addition. Some distance from the malecon but for those in transit fairly close to highway 15 and the autopista. Biggest complaint on this stay was that the towels in the room were threadbare and very worn. Also, in neither of our stays in this hotel was there a top sheet and it is unclear how often the duvet was cleaned.

Its too far to carry all our things from the parking lot to the side door. There is no water or coffee in the rooms (though there is a coffee maker!) and breakfast starts too late for travellers. We had to leave before 7 am. We have stayed twice and this was our last time.
