The room was very clean, the pool was great (great hours too, 7a-10p!) they had a complimentary hot cocoa bar that my kids loved! Would definitely stay here again!

The AC in our room broke, so they tried to blow us off and came up with a few stories that it was too expensive to fix, the maintenance guy left for the day, the maintenance guy is on vacation, etc. After we showed a backbone, they moved us to an out of service room that had mold in the closet ceiling. The internet went out for the entire hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay. Won’t ever go back.

Check-in was smooth. Had to use the stairwell to get to our 3rd floor room due to 1 elevator shutting down and a continuous line for the other. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Thermostat in the room wouldn’t adjust though. Was a window unit controlled by a wall monitor that would let you change it, but it kept going back to the preset temperature. AC at the indoor pool was broken. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer. The dryer was broken.

Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We will stay again as this hotel was convenient to the airport and to the University my son is attending. Shuttle services were quick and easy to use too!

Love the Hilton Garden Inn. Service is amazing by a dedicated staff. Also, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle to the nearby airport. Highly recommended.

The reviews posted are accurate. The hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I am picky about jar as I have a bad back. I only stayed one night and had to move on to a nearby resort whose rooms and twice the price and it is no nicer or cleaner than this Hilton. I would stay again, no question.

I had a very short overnight stay. The room was very spacious. 2 Tvs one in bedroom one in living room area. The bottle water in room was $3 each . I'm not sure about the coffee. I didn't see any indication so I just didn't touch it. I stayed in Room 624. The noise level was good until around 7am I heard a lot of doors slamming. The room/ unit was not properly cleaned specifically the bathroom had personal items left behind by the previous guest. (Yuck!) I didn't recognize it until the next morning when I pulled a hand towel from the bar over the vanity. The items were hidden by the towels . I had only one roll of tissue in my room. The lobby "hallway, and elevator were immaculate. There was no one present when I checked in I had to stand for a while once I checked in No one took the time to point out any of the amenities to me as far as breakfast restaurant , bar or pool etc. It appears to be a decent place. I was surprised to see breakfast being served as I was checking out. I'm sure there were other perks that I wasn't made aware of. .

Everyone at the hotel was very nice except the manager on duty at the time of my check in. I had an issue with not being able to check in because one of my rooms was in my husband’s name. She was very rude and unapologetic. She treated me as if I were a criminal. Also my bedspread smelled like it had not been washed in a while. I was too tired to address the issue and juts did not use it. The bartender and the man who checked me in were awesome.

Excellent experience!! We arrived around 11pm and the hotel was surprisingly busy. The woman at the front desk handled the chaos with grace. Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a great size with a large shower. The gym was nice, too. Breakfast was standard and they kept running low since it was busy. Very happy with our stay!

Staff were very responsive. There were several soccer teams staying last night when we stayed. The kids were quite loud, rowdy and seemed to lack good parental or coach support. We were having a drink and dinner in the bar area and it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Staff did attempt to talk with parents and coaches however hadn’t been resolved by the time we finished dinner.

Had an unexpected death in the family a couple days before my arrival to visit Highpoint University. I immediately Contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel to get permission to move my arrival to the following week. Hotel denied the request. Poor customer service with absolutely zero sympathy.

I did not like the.laundry service, People at counter was telling me to come back later for someone to handle it, but I can't do it because I was leaving to work and I will return late, therefore Ieft the laundry at xounter and filled out the form, at night my clothes were not back in my room so I went back to counter and asked for it. They returned it to me not done, I was dissapoint because no one contact me on the phone to let me know what was happening

Hotel is great and conveniently located around lots of food options. The young lady who was on duty 6/17 overnight was great however over worked whoever did the schedule for that weekend should have never left her by herself let alone on a super busy holiday weekend night. She did/is doing the best she can but definitely needed help for 6/17 night. All in all the room was great property even better ❤️

The Hilton went over and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and Anniversary with them. They offered us dinner at the restaurant which was a very nice touch and the food was amazing. Eden at the front desk was great as well as Elisha at the restaurant. All staff we encountered were bee accommodating. Masons food at the restaurant was also great! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Greensboro.

My stay here was amazing! The room was clean and big in size. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The pool and gym was also nice! Hotels.com stated the breakfast was free, but that is no longer true! Breakfast is $10.95 for adults and $7.95 for kids under 12

Breakfast is not included. We were told at check-in that breakfast ended at 10am and assumed it was complimentary. However, the next morning, breakfast was being served in the lobby, I got a plate of eggs and a yogurt, my daughter, a bowl of cereal. We sat at an available table and were greeted by a hostess who confirmed, our breakfast was not included in our booking. Only then did we see written on a chalkboard in the corner, “Breakfast Buffet $14.95”. There was a table near us who misunderstood as well. Wish they had informed us of this at check-in. Hotel otherwise was very nice, comfortable and clean.
