The parking garage is disconnected and far from the hotel. Paying for inconvenient parking is insulting. Not to mention having to dodge the unhoused neighbors to the hotel. The bathroom tub had random hairs on the walls - not ours as we just got to the room. There was a large spider in my towel and it freaked me out. Never saw that before.

Hospitality, amenities, and location were terrific. We were there for appointments at Colorado Children's Hospital, and I could NOT have chosen a better location for convenience, safety, parking, and shuttle access.

Gym equipment attachments need replacement in the fitness room to use on the funcrional trainer. You have one of the best fitness equipment and the attachments look like you guys got it second hand from an old gym from 90's. Set of attachemnts on amazon cost between 25-50$. Another problem i had was the sheets. Putting co.foeter between 2 sheets is so annoying. Waking up in the middle of night just to get up and arrange the sheets is more then annoying. Other wise the hotel is clean, fiendly stuff and I would deffinietly be back.

This is our second year staying in this hotel. It feels safe for our family and the rooms are spacious. Our kids love the pool although it’s super small for a hotel pool! Will return for our annual trip to the area.

I was very pleased with my stay here. It’s a very new hotel, and this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. All of the staff were friendly and excellent. The restaurant (Borealis) was VERY reasonably priced for dinner and the food was great. I had a nice quiet room on the 8th Hyatt club floor, and I had absolutely no complaints. There were 4 pillows in the room, and they had different levels of softness and thickness which I really appreciated since I don’t like really huge pillows. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area, and for a Hyatt, the price for the stay was excellent.

It was a nice stay in general. Positive items front desk staff and wait staff in restaurant. Room generally clean however the grout in shower was moldy in places and it kind of grossed me out. Also inconvenient that I had to go to another floor to get ice.

Hi, so I want to start of the review with complimenting the hotels ambiance, especially at the lobby which felt warm and eloquent. Also, the facilities provided the hotel were well organised with there being a gym and a pool. Furthermore the staff were quite hospitable. Also the rooms were spacious and clean for the most part, however in between the sides of the bed, where the mattress is placed from its geniuanly quite disgusting. For example I dropped my AirPods into that crevice, and that’s when I discovered the depravity and the horrendous state of the bed sides - with it being covered with blood, and just different small items in there. Overall the stay was quite enjoyable but the lack of cleanliness to gives this hotel a discomforting reputation in my eyes.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The shower was weird and big and open. The water Pressure was not good and the temperature of the water was Luke warm. There was no microwave in the room which was hard because we stayed for 2 nights and it would have been nice to warm up some leftovers. Over all it was a nice stay. The staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful and overall it was a nice facility but there were a couple of things that need help. The towels were stiff and smelled strongly of bleach and were not something I would use again if I had a choice. The wi-fi was really spotty which was bad because the cell signal was also poor.

Overrated. I’ve stayed here numerous times because it’s convenient for my needs. Will finally give a sad review. Negatives: HUGE inconsistent issue connecting to internet, mushy mattress, inconsistent shower water pressure between various rooms, not enough charging ports bedside, plastic coffee cups in room which are “melty” when filled with hot coffee, inconsistent responsiveness of front desk. Too many negatives for the price of this room. This hotel misses the mark in the all important details which complete a truly pleasant stay. Postive: clean.

The room we stayed in was situated next to an HVAC system that generated constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. I reported this issue to the front desk; however, the staff member on duty appeared dismissive and showed little concern for resolving the matter.

The blankets are way too starchy. Felt like we were sleeping on napkins ! The mattress was so hard! The bathroom electric outlet did not work! As well as the hairdryer did not work no matter which outlet in the room I plugged it in. The cordless phone beeped all night and woke us up at 3am the first night we arrived!

Check in was after 3, we showed up after 6pm and they didn't have a room ready for us, even though our reservation was confirmed. They end up switching our room to a double queen, because they just didn't have any King rooms left, which is what we reserved. After traveling for 9+ hours, the gal at the counter "Cher" was basically telling us too bad so sad with the most chipper, unapologetic attitude you can imagine..... not cool! The room they ended up giving us was on a maintenance hold, the toilet wouldn't stop running, the a/c unit was growling every time it turned on and the room wasn't fully stocked with towels, but being 1000 miles from home, i wasn't about to give up the only room they had.....

Front desk clerk was nowhere to be found at check in. When she did appear she immediately asked me to wait while she wrote notes then proceeded to make phone calls. She allowed her friend to come behind the desk while she checked me in and paid more attention to him than the check in process. Then couldn’t find my reservation after pronouncing my name three different times. Have no options as to where to find food and the services the hotel offered. I was the only person at the check in point. This is a clear representation of the clerks ability to focus on customer service

Room service never answered the phone on our 2nd night as we needed to dine in, with two attempts at 6 and 7 pm, thankfully Door Dash delivers. I've stayed here before for medical at UC Anschutz, which is very nearby. While we felt safe in our room, both at check in and check out were negatively impacted by homeless. A panhandler confronted us on entry, while parked in front of the hotel main entrance unloading, requesting money or water, both from my wife first and then from me later. He was uncomfortably persistent and seemed to wait actually inside a hotel door near the restaurant between his customer approaches. Security not adequate. On check out we noticed a non-guest wandering the hotel and getting water in the lobby. Parking garage also seemed to have some transients in and out, which worries me a bit because it is a walk from the hotel lobby and costs extra. Hotel is nice, but....security seems inadequate for the sketchy neighborhood, which has a mix of fairly nice apartments, as well as tent camping.

The hotel its self was nice..and "safe" but as soon as you left the property the area around didnt feel so safe. Alot of homeless.. gang activity.. not an area id walk around. Childrens hospital is very close by. That area seemed safe. New restaurants a block away..also seemed clean and safe.. just dont head west dont colfax

The staff here go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your stay. The rooms are in very good condition and having a restaurant/ bar onsite was very welcome as there are not a lot of restaurants close by.

The restaurant menu lacks creativity and the food is no better. Meat is tasteless, over// undercooked, only one pasta dish that tastes like it was re-heated in he microwave. Coffee bar was a nice save after a disappointing breakfast
