Likes: The desk staff was friendly, outgoing, and accommodating of our questions and, as far as I could see, others who approached with questions about the area. Room was clean. It was quiet. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and outgoing. Only dislike: We were disappointed that the pool and spa were out of commission, but hopefully that was a short-term problem.

My grandson had a birthday celebration at the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and made all his guests feel very welcome. They went above and beyond. Pool area was clean and the hot tub was perfect.

Newer facility, clean, and the staff were nice. The reason we chose this hotel was access to the hot tub. When we arrived there was a sign that it was out of service and the front desk did not have an estimated repair time. Nice place, however, I would have chosen another property were I aware of the needed hot tub repairs.

The outside padio is very nice, especially the fire pit. Breakfast can be improved. There wasn't any pork sausage. Cereal was all too sweet. There weren't any bananas for the cereal.

We had many problems with this stay. Our room wasn’t ready, the first room we were given had black mold. the second did, as well. I reached out to Expedia for a partial refund. The hotel would not but Expedia gave us a one key credit.

If it wasn’t for one thing, I would have rated our stay 4 stars. But our room was on the first floor, right next to the exit AND stairwell, where people continuously went in and out at all hours, the doors slamming each time. I didn’t realize the issue until trying to sleep but thought it would eventually stop. And it did… around 1 am. Then it started again at 6 am. It isn’t the hotel’s fault that people were going in and out, but it is impossible to get a good night’s sleep in this room and the staff must know this. I’m not sure what the solution is except for a big discount for this room. Not kind to give this to a family with young kids in particular.

This was our second try for a hotel in this area, and we were pleasantly surprised! Very clean and up to date, the room was wonderful, and overall we loved the experience! Breakfast was nice, with a good time window. I would have loved to see a few more hot options, maybe a waffle machine (those are always a hit), or a few more yogurt variety options/ granola but overall a nice variety. We've already decided that this is our favorite of the 2 hotels this far, and will definitely be returning :)

I booked a 2 queen suite, and was given a single king and there were no doubles available. Unfortunately the person I’m staying with had to sleep on a rolling cot, which was not what we expected or what we paid for considering I booked a 2 queen suite. No other compensation was offered beside a cot.

By far one of the best stays we’ve had in a while. Nathan and Amber set up our hockey team in the meeting room and the team had a blast. They inquired every time we came how the games went and everyone was friendly and excited to work there. They even opened breakfast early knowing our team had a 7am start. Wonderful hotel! And great staff!

Brianna was on deck to check me in and she was there by herself (which I think is unsafe for a young single woman). The computers had been down and she was unable to get them to reboot so she was doing everything by hand! She did it all with professionalism and patience! She handled it like a champ and she's only been there a month!

The hotel was clean and comfortable - but the best part was the staff. Connor, Jeff and Irene (I think!) at the desk were super friendly and helpful. And John, who staffed the breakfast area on a crazy busy day (because of the eclipse) could not have done a better job - keeping his calm and making things happen.

This was our first time staying in this hotel. It was very clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Very quiet. We never heard any noise from the hall or other rooms. Close to lots of shopping and food options and very close to the race track which was the reason for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Need to give a shout-out to the gentleman than runs the daily breakfast, he really did a phenomenal job. Front desk and management staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was very busy because of the races but you would never know because it was so quiet. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.
