Exactly what was needed for a whistle stop between two long days of driving. Can't thank the staff enough for helping to accommodate my late arrival (a phone call from myself the morning of arrival was followed by an evening one by the hotel to make sure the situation was still the same) after check-out time had finished. The room (a single) was small but had toilet and shower facilities, the bed itself, sink and washing facilities, a kettle with tea and coffee and a medium-sized fridge! Location is ideal for Heathrow too and the hotel is adjoined by an Italian restaurant

Twice I stayed here now and it’s a great spot near Heathrow. You wouldn’t think there was somewhere so lively there but There’s a great Italian restaurant and bar there which always is busy and great atmosphere. Lije being somewhere else other than next to runway! The rooms far enough away to have a great sleep but if you need there’s always a nice scene going on in the bar. The owners so welcoming he always seems to make an effort to say hello and remembers you! The chef who works the pizza ovens real cool as well he made me laugh and feel part of family. Which is something the Italians do so well - very good value for money and when I have to go there I always want to make time for a night in colnbrook!

They were extremely helpful to me when I was unable to arrive by the late check-in time of 11pm and when I phoned, sorted out ensuring I would be able to gain access easily. Parking on site very useful. My room was a little tired and the shower needs a bit of attention, plus unable to open the curtains in daylight as ground floor with car park right outside, however I'm sure other rooms are much better. The only real negative was looking forward to a cup of tea in the morning but the long life milk cartons were all gloopy and separated and not fresh looking, so I didn't chance it. I would stay again, just in a different room.

Last minute booking. You get what you pay for and it was definitely worth £50. Obviously noisy with flights landing and taking off but stopped after 11pm. Room was warm but how often do we get such high temperatures. Food in the restaurant was excellent along with the service.

This place bills itself as a lodge, but is actually a restaurant with rooms upstairs. There is no one on site after the restaurant closes at night, or in the morning when checking out. Although it is an older place, it was clean, close to the airport, and the price was good. Just don't expect a cozy lodge.

Good value for money. At this price I didn't expect much except cleanliness. It surpassed my expectations hence the 4 stars. Room was basic but clean. Bathroom was tiny and could do with a refurb but it was usable for me. This guest house is directly under the flight path, I had no issues with noise and slept well.

I had no choice to give 1star but wanted to give 0. I have no words for this place. We were given a key and told where to go and at first, we thought there was a mistake and we may have walked in to the wrong room, but no!! There was mold in the bathroom and broken fixtures, the shower head looked like it would sprinkle anything but clean water. The walls were peeling and unkempt, the bed was near to being a mattress on the floor it was that low. We left at 11pm, 2hrs after our check-in following getting bitten by something unknown which drew blood. It could have been 1 of many spiders or a bug/mite but it would be hard to decide on the one!!!

When we entered the room we first noticed the smell. We then saw the bedside cabinet top was broken and hanging off. There were two single beds although we had booked a double bed and one of the divans had a stain at the bottom and both the divan had seen better days. Also the shower had dark staining on the sealant. The only good thing was the sheets looked clean. We decided to not stay and left the keys in the room and left we didn't the manager as they looked very busy in the restaurant.

The hotel is easy for Heathrow Airport it was very clean, just dated and smelt of damp. The bedding smelt of smoke. The restaurant downstairs looked to serve lovely food, and the staff were friendly. For the price it is convenient for the airport and fair for what you pay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The reason I give four stars is the noise I experienced from the pub downstairs . I could not see where to regulate the heating too. Overall a good place and will be booking regularly.

It was exactly what I needed for a long layover. Convenient. Staff was friendly. I actually didn’t mind the airplane noise (they’ve added a sort of second layer window I think? It helped block the sound). Most of the local restaurants had stopped serving food by the time I had arrived, but there was an Indian place 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Only downside was the fridge in the room wasn’t cold. For the price, will definitely stay there again.

I'm going to sound old, but the restaurant (which was below the rooms) was pretty noisy, which made early sleep difficult, and the planes overhead were quite loud. There was one bathroom for 4-5 rooms, which was a little stressful at one point, but it worked out.

The rooms are directly above a noisy restaurant, but with the paper thin floors and walls, it might as well have been at the bottom of my bed! I went down to the restaurant/reception to ask for another room but was just told that the restaurant would be closing in 10 minutes, after which the noise levels continued as the restaurant staff continued talking until well after 11pm. Do NOT staying here if you require a good night's sleep!

The en-suite was tiny. A larger person would struggle to get past the basin to the Toilet. The wifi didn't work and every time a plane took off the TV went off - annoying when it is every 90 seconds or so. But the bed was made each day and it felt clean.

The property was very clean. But there was poor/no wifi connection and the receptionist on duty was asking why i couldn’t wait to complain, considering that she was busy serving the guests eating in the cafe. Also, check in was scheduled for 3pm but the staff were actually on break at that time.

The room was ok. Very small but fine for one night. There is no reception to book in. I was actually told that the hotel I went to wasn’t the one I booked at and send miles away only to find out it was actually that hotel. I had to walk into the restaurant that was closed and shout for someone to come and give me my room key. I felt an inconvenience. I would t go there again.

One of the worst hotels we've stayed in with no-one onsite to conplain to! There was no one to let us in on arrival. (A snall notice in door to phone mobile number!) Ripped wallpaper and general bad decoration. Curtains did not pull and meet in the middle. Extremely low bed. Small shower cubicle with manual mixer, head that would not stay in place and it had plasterboard patched ceiling. No bedside tables. TV had no signal. Only positive was clean bedding and towels. If it wasnt for the fact that we had travelled for over 5 hours, it being late and that we'd already paid, we would have walked!

Exactly what was needed for a whistle stop between two long days of driving. Can't thank the staff enough for helping to accommodate my late arrival (a phone call from myself the morning of arrival was followed by an evening one by the hotel to make sure the situation was still the same) after check-out time had finished. The room (a single) was small but had toilet and shower facilities, the bed itself, sink and washing facilities, a kettle with tea and coffee and a medium-sized fridge! Location is ideal for Heathrow too and the hotel is adjoined by an Italian restaurant

Perfect affordable place outside the ULEZ to bed down before a morning flight. 2mins from park and ride. The room was dated, in need of some TLC but clean and did the job.

For Very clean bedding in single room. Suit medium height person. Close to T5 bus route economical. Against Noisy extractor fan in shower room with light switch cord difficult to reach. Noisy generator when restaurant opens 5pm to 11pm. Very hot in Summer no fan or AC

It was exactly what I needed for a long layover. Convenient. Staff was friendly. I actually didn’t mind the airplane noise (they’ve added a sort of second layer window I think? It helped block the sound). Most of the local restaurants had stopped serving food by the time I had arrived, but there was an Indian place 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Only downside was the fridge in the room wasn’t cold. For the price, will definitely stay there again.

Twice I stayed here now and it’s a great spot near Heathrow. You wouldn’t think there was somewhere so lively there but There’s a great Italian restaurant and bar there which always is busy and great atmosphere. Lije being somewhere else other than next to runway! The rooms far enough away to have a great sleep but if you need there’s always a nice scene going on in the bar. The owners so welcoming he always seems to make an effort to say hello and remembers you! The chef who works the pizza ovens real cool as well he made me laugh and feel part of family. Which is something the Italians do so well - very good value for money and when I have to go there I always want to make time for a night in colnbrook!

Stayed here before and was looking forward to eating in the restaurant, unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a private function, if I’d known before booking, I’d have chosen a different location. The function also meant there was a lot of noise into the evening

The staff here was super nice and helpful, with a great Italian restaurant on site. The location was excellent, a very short way to terminal 5. There was a small plumbing issue, not too serious. I always appreciate the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and the hairdryer. A good stay.

Last minute booking. You get what you pay for and it was definitely worth £50. Obviously noisy with flights landing and taking off but stopped after 11pm. Room was warm but how often do we get such high temperatures. Food in the restaurant was excellent along with the service.

For £40 on a Saturday night excellent value. Hotel was clean and the Restaurant was very busy with non residents. So food must be good. Hotel could do with a makeover and the shower Pole was broken but overall good value. Plenty of free parking. Not much within walking distance.

The room was small, clean and comfortable. It is over the flight path so noise levels can be loud when windows are open. No fan in the room which was desperately needed for the few days I was there.
