This hotel has issues. There are dehumidifiers everywhere, even the one elevator. When I arrived there was no one at the desk, waited 1/2 hr before someone came. Was later told that they dont come in until 3 pm. Left luggage was un-attended. No amenities whatsoever, no coffee, tea etc. Would never recommend. Filter in bathroom was filthy. I feel sorry for the staff that works there

他の方も書いてあるとおり、清掃がいき届いておらず、シャワーカーテンのカビ、洗面台の奥から垢が出てきたり、デスクの上も埃っぽかったりと、清潔感が全くありませんでした。自動ロック式のドアではなく、自分で鍵を閉めないといけない所も不便で、宿泊中の清掃なども行っておらず宿泊中はゴミが部屋に溜まっていく一方で、心地いいものではなかったです。壁も薄く廊下からの声や物音が聞こえるので神経質な方は色々と厳しいかと思います。

Para ingresar a tu habitación te proporcionan una hoja de papel que debes devolver al finalizar tu estancia, esto es de acuerdo a las instrucciones del hotel. Aquí viene un código para abrir la puerta de la habitación por lo que es bueno tomarle una foto. El aspecto de la habitación es viejo tanto en el mobiliario como en la alfombra y la decoración. La habitación tiene un aroma a humedad en algunas zonas. La limpieza de los baños no es la mejor, pues el piso tiene mal aspecto. Las camas son medianamente confortables al igual que las almohadas. Lo único ventajoso del hotel puede ser su ubicación, una estación de metro está a menos de 5 minutos caminando. La zona de alrededor tiene varios restaurantes cercanos, cafeterías y tiendas de conveniencia.

Not expecting a large room because of the price. Room is clean and everyday. Cleaning service is offered per request. Bed is tiny (twin size), it's OK for a couples with Asian size to sleep. Lots of restaurants around with couple of minutes walk. And around 6-8 minutes walking distance to take the Tokyo Metro. The front desks are friendly and willing to help. They speak simple English but not fluent. We were allowed to store our lugages in the hotel after checked out. I will come visit again on my next visit Tokyo :-)

立地は素晴らしいです。あの立地でこの価格もコスパがとても良いと感じました。また、ルームキーがなく、暗証番号で開け閉めするスタイルもいいなと感じました。ルームキー抜くたびに部屋の電気がきえないので。総合評価を普通にしたのは、チェックアウトの時間が10時でちょっとあわただしく感じたことと、入口ドアが薄いんですかね。人が廊下を歩く音がだだもれで、何度か目を覚ましました。そこはちょっと不満ですかね。一回寝たら起きない人には関係ないかと。あとは窓が開かないのでちょっと息苦しい。ここがマイナスポイントですが、立地に対するコスパはとても良いと思います。

Not expecting a large room because of the price. Room is clean and everyday. Cleaning service is offered per request. Bed is tiny (twin size), it's OK for a couples with Asian size to sleep. Lots of restaurants around with couple of minutes walk. And around 6-8 minutes walking distance to take the Tokyo Metro. The front desks are friendly and willing to help. They speak simple English but not fluent. We were allowed to store our lugages in the hotel after checked out. I will come visit again on my next visit Tokyo :-)
