I hope this was a rare event but it has only one elevator and it was broken for several days. The staff did help guests carry their luggage up and down. The property really needs a second elevator.

We had a lovely stay at this property -walking distance to many beautiful places in the city and well connected with nearby metro stations. The art deco interiors were lovely and extra touches such as the private hire pool for an hour (small but well enjoyed by kids) and complimentary cake and tea & coffee elevated this above other 4 star hotels for us. All staff were helpful & friendly - thanks for a lovely stay!

Want a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris that’s quiet. This is your perfect hotel. Walkable to shops and the metro train system and we had a really huge bathroom which was welcome. The staff are exceptional and the best bit is the underground swimming pool and steam room. Would be cool if you didn’t have to book the pool and steamer as I wouldn’t mind sharing the space with other guests so you all get more time. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. Can’t wait to have breakfast in your courtyard again.

Perfect central location. Staff was great, Vincent is incredible! Private sauna and pool was nice to relax after a day of exploring. Comfortable beds, quiet, relaxing and loved opening the big windows in the morning and late at night. So happy we stayed here!

We enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located near various restaurants, cafes, shopping and transportation. We walked and enjoyed different areas in Paris. Walking was our mode of transport! But when the sun was intense, we also used bus/metro. They were located near hotel, and we used uber when we wanted to return quickly back to hotel late in evening. Friendly/helpful staff and enjoyed pool/sauna during our private booking. Book your spa time in the morning before you leave hotel and you can cancel or change your time (pending availability ) by calling hotel. Spa was a nice break from walking under the hot sun and touring during the day! The only feedback was the carpet. It was outdated. But it was clean just like rest of our suite/room was clean! The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay! We will book again!

Quiet hotel - surprising as it’s in a nice walkable location. issue was being on the 5th floor with another elevator that wasn’t working. lol - seems to be a trend for us. Excellent hotel in a prime location. Loved the spa area and all the amenities including tea and snacks and the atrium. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I liked that the windows opened. Very quiet even on the weekend. I will stay here again for sure!!

Great little hotel right off a busy street - convenient and close but not too close to the heart of the city. Staff were all so kind and provided some amazing food recommendations when I checked in. The hotel itself is spotless, even though some furniture had some wear, you can tell that it is cared for. Nice lobby and patio area for resting if needed! Elevator is quite large for Paris standards, as well as the room and bathroom. Water comes out nice and hot in the shower and nice that there was a waterfall shower head option. Did not have breakfast and did not use the spa, but nice to know there are options. Would definitely stay here again during a future visit!

The location is a little off to the side and in more of a financial district, we stayed over a weekend when all the offices were closed so we felt a little unsafe walking at night. Also it was about a 20-25 minute to the louvre and main area. During the day it is really safe to walk around and we walked everywhere. Overall the room was very clean and they have complementary coffee in the mornings. It was just the location that was an off putting.

Chic, hotel with attractive Art Nuveau decorated interior, located in the centre of Paris near Opera Garnier. Subterrain parking in a nearby building. Reasonable sized room, with very comfortable bed and dark but good bathroom. Very prompt, friendly and helpful service at the front desk. The breakfast slightly disappointing – the service was slow, the range of products limited and the same each morning.

Great hotel in great area. Easy to walk from here to Explorer the city. Very close to Lafayette shopping mall, so close to some very nice restaurants. Very quite Street so no noise from outside. Ok breakfast, but could’ve been more variations in bread and cheese and pastry. Minus for the shower that didn’t have doors, so all the water was spilled on the toilet and floor. Very very nice and helpful staff. They were so great. All from the people working inntar reception to the clean man and the room delivery man. Everyone was smiling and very welcoming. Will stay here again.

This is a fine hotel in the center of Paris with great staff that is very attentive and ready to provide great recommendations. The room itself is fine with everything necessary available. Surprising that there is no lotion or hair conditioner available from the hotel, and water bottles are billable. Prestige room is very roomy but the next room down (deluxe) feels small in comparison, not a subtle drop off. The staff really make this hotel and the location is excellent. Quite nook near Galleries Lafayette, Opera, and metro station.

Loved the mid century vibe of the hotel. The Staff were helpful and friendly. Our suite was amazing. We had a spacious bath, living room and large bedroom. Bed comfortable. Good a/c. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the complimentary afternoon pastries daily.

Had a great stay at the hotel! Staff was very friendly and service was incredible - we arrived early and booked early check in pending availability and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Backyard is really nice and cozy for having tea / coffee in the morning or just want to chill a bit. Walkable to main shopping areas and convenient with subways. Would stay here again!

*Service: We had wonderful experience staying in the hotel. The front desk staff team is AWESOME! They are kind and willing to help in any case that customers needed. Vincent and Cindy! Thank you so much. *Location: Location is super convenient in term of transportation and food. There are two lines metro nearby. And most signature visiting spots are close by. Staff is outstanding and friendly! Breakfast is great! Quiet hotel - surprising as it’s in a nice walkable location. issue was being on the 5th floor with another elevator that wasn’t working. lol - seems to be a trend for us. Staff did take our luggage up - very appreciated! Would stay again and would recommend.

The staff at Hotel Saint-Marc is fabulous. They are professional and very helpful. Vincent always gave us suggestions on things to see and places to eat whenever we went out. All of his suggestions were spot on. Great location that is in a quieter part of town, but quite walkable to the Louvre, etc. would highly recommend.

Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and serviced exceptionally by the front desk (thanks to Cindy and her colleague). From bringing my bags up, to delivering my takeout, this hotel really took care of me. It is a convenient location for shopping and felt very safe to stay at, even solo. Will be coming back soon!

The hotel location is perfect. Street is very quiet. Working distance to Opéra, Louvre, and Montmartre. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are bigger than average in Paris.

Great hotel in great area. Easy to walk from here to Explorer the city. Very close to Lafayette shopping mall, so close to some very nice restaurants. Very quite Street so no noise from outside. Ok breakfast, but could’ve been more variations in bread and cheese and pastry. Minus for the shower that didn’t have doors, so all the water was spilled on the toilet and floor. Very very nice and helpful staff. They were so great. All from the people working inntar reception to the clean man and the room delivery man. Everyone was smiling and very welcoming. Will stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The location is a little off to the side and in more of a financial district, we stayed over a weekend when all the offices were closed so we felt a little unsafe walking at night. Also it was about a 20-25 minute to the louvre and main area. During the day it is really safe to walk around and we walked everywhere. Overall the room was very clean and they have complementary coffee in the mornings. It was just the location that was an off putting.

We had a lovely stay at this property -walking distance to many beautiful places in the city and well connected with nearby metro stations. The art deco interiors were lovely and extra touches such as the private hire pool for an hour (small but well enjoyed by kids) and complimentary cake and tea & coffee elevated this above other 4 star hotels for us. All staff were helpful & friendly - thanks for a lovely stay!

Well we didn’t like the fact that getting into the hotel late in the evening was troublesome because one needed to ring a doorbell and wait till someone came to open the door. Secondly the dining options were very limited and inconvenient. You needed to wake up early to take advantage of the hotels continental breakfast. Lastly for the price of a one nights stay, one could have stayed in a better hotel with better accommodations. Will not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

The staff is extremely accommodating, particularly for us who do not speak French. The rooms are small but have just enough space and the aesthetics are very nice and sort of mid-century modern. They have a honor bar and complimentary tea service in the afternoon which we took advantage of. There is an incredible restaurant right down on the corner, Le Saotico, and several other restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We will definitely look to stay here again!

The breakfast slightly disappointing – the service was slow, the range of products limited and the same each morning.

There are many Asian cafes and restaurant choices within a few blocks if you're looking for alternative options.
