I booked a single private room, it had a fully renovated private bathroom, the room was a bit small but enough for a single person. As it would be expected where the hotel is located it was very noisy and busy all night long and the windows aren't sound proof so heads up if you aren't able to sleep under these conditions, I only stayed for a few hours, I was very tired and I turned on the AC which happened to be very loud as well and that actually helped masking the noise from outside so I could actually sleep very well. Staff was nice and helpful, Location is ideal for exploring downtown/going out

The room was ok for the price , good ac and water system . Bed uncomfortable , the mattress was awful . Shower very good , but it happened for a second time at Tijuana Hotels , I leave my husbands AirPods in the room and someone take them , I can even track they were somewhere on the south side of the city very far from the hotel , it is so awful the feeling of insecurity in your room . I recommend anyone to use the safe locker for any valuable and documents . I report to the management , let’s see if any response the cost of those are more expensive than the hotel room so I paid a higher price for the stay . Never come back there . AirPods are deshabilites so whoever has them is only to pay for your karma someday . I will ensure that they never work again . So stealing to create a bad reputation of an institution for no value .

Nice staff, no air, the room is ok but not too clean either. At night, it was very loud. At 3am to 5am people were screaming outside the street. I could not sleep.
