It was only for one night. We slept very good. The beds very comfortable and the shower very clean. I totally recommend

Staff very rude and dismissive. Downgraded the room that I already confirmed and paid for to a smaller, cramped room with less amenities and when we asked staff just told us to “deal with it”. This place doesn’t meet international standards and I would avoid if there are more proven options.

Friendly staff. Amazing location! Rooms are not soundproof, so you can easily hear other guests being intimate. Cleaning of the rooms is not thorough between guests. We had to move a bed, to be able to walk around more easily, the dust and loose items under the bed was very surprising. For some reason there were 3 side tables in various sizes, in a room that is already lacking space.

Not very clean. They were unable to provide or call for transportation to the airport. Power went out in my room. Not secure doors. Simple lock. No extra door latch for security so if you are travelling alone female be prepared.

The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible. The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits.
