Fendi Private Suites is an exceptional property. Great location - equidistant from all the historic sites and in the heart of great shopping. Not the place for people who want the traditional "hotel" experience -- i.e., multiple restaurants, gift shop, etc. Small and intimate. Staff is also excellent.

Most tourist spots are in walking distance, ie Colosseum, Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc.Breakfast is cooked to order and is great. As noted in previous posts, Fendi doesn't have usual concierge services as there is limited staff present. If you can plan your own site seeing and dining you should consider Fendi.
