The hotel rooms were spacious and the bed in my Studio, King Bed (View) was HUGE! The hotel was centrally located (with LOTS of shops and a big supermarket on your doorstep) and very easy to find - a 10 min walk from the Zuid train station. The staff were very welcoming, and breakfast was enjoyable. On the flip side The rooms were starting to look a little tired with the dishwasher especially starting to rust in parts. Secondly the reason I chose this hotel was for the rooftop terrace, however it was shut for the entirety of my stay and not open for another 2 weeks :-(, It would have been nice to know this when i booked it.

Lovely hotel. Big room with a full kitchen. Breakfast was great. Location is not so good but you can catch a local free bus to the metro (during business hours) and then you’re in the city in 15mins. I did have an issue with the laundry facilities but the staff were excellent and sorted it out very quickly. Also there’s a supermarket and shopping centre underneath the hotel so you can get everything there. AND a great little Chinese restaurant in the centre too which was awesome! I’d stay again.
