Çok küçük odalar. Tuvalet kokuyor odanın içi. Pencere ler açılmıyor. Tuvalette fan yok. Yatak uydurma içine gömülüyor. Hiçbir hotelde olmayan kullanılmayan restaurant bar için depozito (50 Euro) alıyorlar bu dünyanın hiçbir hotelinde yok. Otoparkı 35 Euro oysa hiçbir hotel müşterisinden otopqrk ücreti almaz. Hilton hotellerine yakışmıyor.

Fantastic staff, rooms comfy with bottle of water replaced daily. Breakfast excellent so much choice from smoothies, yogurts, waffles, pastries, and cooked foods. Pizzas cooked in the evening and a well stocked bar with nibbles & drinks. Although 3 tram stops away from central station was easy to negotiate with the gvb travel card bought in the UK. Very knowledgeable staff especially Karolina who helped with our travel queries and lovely lady who assisted with breakfast Marchui each day.

Sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut bestückt mit vielen leckeren Speisen, sogar das frischgebackene Brot war dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn; die Haltestelle ist ganz nah. Das Hotel hat uns hilfreiche Informationen über die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem P R Parkplatz zukommen lassen. Und auch die Information, wie wir zum Rijksmuseum mit der Straßenbahn kommen können. Wir konnten unsere Koffer nach dem Auschecken im Hotel deponieren lassen und erst am Abend abholen. Sehr praktisch! Wir sind mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram. Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy. Pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want. They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight. The toilets in the lobby were immaculate. All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get. I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again

Friendly greeting on arrival. Was able to check in early due to being a Hilton Honors member. Room very comfortable. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Able to leave our luggage to collect later in the day.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Parken & Ankunft: Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit ca. zehn Stellplätzen – für ein so großes Haus wenig. Ich hatte Glück, einen Platz zu bekommen. Der Zugang von dort zur Rezeption war nicht klar ausgeschildert, erst ein Hausmädchen half mir weiter. Hier wäre eine bessere Beschilderung wünschenswert. Check-in & Service: An der Rezeption wurde ich freundlich, höflich und unkompliziert empfangen. Zwar spricht das Personal nur Englisch oder Niederländisch, für mich war das aber kein Problem. Insgesamt sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zimmer: Typischer Hilton-Standard: sauber, ordentlich, funktional. Positiv fand ich die vielen Steckdosen und Ladestationen. Im Bad standen umweltfreundliche Spender mit Duschgel, Shampoo und Bodylotion bereit. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich individuell einstellen – ein Pluspunkt. Frühstück: Sehr lecker und vielfältig, vom Espresso bis zum Latte Macchiato. To-go-Verpackungen gab es auf Nachfrage. Das Personal war freundlich, leichte Sprachbarrieren sind möglich. Besonderheiten: Nach dem Check-out konnte ich mein Auto noch stehen lassen, ein Taxi wurde pünktlich organisiert. Auch die Rückgabe der Sicherheitskarte war unkompliziert. Fazit: Sehr gute Lage mit Bus- und Bahnanschluss direkt vor der Tür, freundlicher Service, leckeres Frühstück und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Hotel ist mit Tram 26 super erreichbar, große Zimmer, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmerreinigung nicht ganz optimal. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Fahrräder im Hotel auszuleihen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Quarto grande, limpo e bem equipado. As roupas de cama também estavam limpas. Banheiro ótimo. Todo o staff é gentil, com destaque para Carolina que estava na recepção quando chegamos, nos ajudou com a questão do estacionamento Park+Ride. O café da manhã é incrível e cheio de opções para todos os gostos. Localização ótima, fica longe do centro para ir a pé, mas está a 100 metros da estação de tram que liga direto ao centro (apenas 10 minutos de tram do centro). O hotel possui estacionamento próprio, mas ele fica a uma estação de tram do estacionamento Park+Ride, o que é uma opção para quem chega de carro e quer economizar com estacionamento. Ótimo custo benefício pelo conforto e infraestrutura que oferecem!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Amsterdam und ein paar Tage im Hampton. Uns hat es super gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett. Das Frühstück war lecker & ausreichend. Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke & nur 3 Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt. Zimmer war geräumig & sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage. Preis-Leistung TOP! Würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :-)

Man kam sehr leicht mit den Öffis zur Unterkunft, also die Anbindung war super. Badezimmer und Bett waren sehr sauber, was mir wichtig war. Der Rest vom Zimmer war auch sauber, bis auf den Teppichboden, aber diese Flecken werden nie mehr rausgehen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war super, sehr viel Auswahl und von allem genug da.
Man kam sehr leicht mit den Öffis zur Unterkunft, also die Anbindung war super. Badezimmer und Bett waren sehr sauber, was mir wichtig war. Der Rest vom Zimmer war auch sauber, bis auf den Teppichboden, aber diese Flecken werden nie mehr rausgehen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war super, sehr viel Auswahl und von allem genug da.

Der Teppich in meinem Zimmer war einfach nur dreckig. Die Wände waren vollgeschmiert und im Badezimmer waren überall Silberfischchen. In großen und ganzen war ich glücklich das ich nur einen Tag in diesem Zimmer verbringen musste.

Très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Tout était très propre, lit confortable toilettes impeccables Petit déjeuner très varié avec beaucoup de choix Personnel très gentil et agréable Hôtel bien situé (transport à 3min et arrive dans le centre ville en moins de 10min) 30 min à pieds pour rejoindre la gare si vous ne prenez pas les transports

Leuk hotel naast tram, 1 halte naar p&r Zeeburg en 2 haltes naar het centraal station. Naar mijn mening het matras wat te hard en de kamer te warm en het was niet zo schoon. Het persooneel super vriendelijk en attent. Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Zeer goed geprijsd.

En general la habitación tiene un buen tamaño, se escucha un poco de ruido de las otras habitaciones, la regadera no tiene puerta lo cual provoca que se moje todo el piso del baño, el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable, el desayuno en general es bueno

Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram. Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy. Pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want. They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight. The toilets in the lobby were immaculate. All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get. I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again

The rooms were excellent - clean, spacious and well furnished. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist and make our stay a great one. Would like to mention Jerranny who was exceptional and Al Amin who assisted us with a great smile on his face. We would highly recommend the hotel for great location, exceptional staff and very delicious breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Great stay - staff were super welcoming and kind, very helpful. Rooms were big and very clean, the bathrooms were great, having the AC during the heatwave was a lifesaver. Location was okay, just a bit out of the way - across the road from the metro so very convenient, but it would take 10-15min at least to get to the city centre. Nice area, good breakfast, would recommend.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were all super friendly. We got our room early at 11am arriving for check in. The hotel was clean, close to trams to Amsterdam Central within about 6 minutes. Great location. The breakfast had a large offering compared to a previous hotel I stayed in in Amsterdam a few weeks earlier. Plenty of hot food with sausages, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns and bitterballen which is rare in hotels in Amsterdam. Room was good with all the amenities you would need. Air conditioning was perfect in the room. Highly recommend, will definitely be staying here again.

Vi var tre dager på hotellet og var svært fornøyd med rom, frokost, service og renslighet. 2 minutt å gå til trikkelinjer som dekker hele Amsterdam. Eneste minus er at det stort sett ikke er andre ting i området rundt hotellet, men det er trygt å ferdes der.

Un bon hôtel sans charme mais très pratique Situé à 2 minutes des tramways 7 et 26 qui emmènent en 7 minutes à la gare centrale d’Amsterdam (= en plein cœur de la ville) Présence d’une salle de sport , d’un parking souterrain (=25€ par nuit), petit déjeuner buffet très bien garni Équipe accueillante

Hotel non proprio centrale ma con comodi collegamenti con tram verso il centro e la zona dei musei. Camera abbastanza moderna e perfettamente insonorizzata a scapito della possibilità di aprire le finestre. Colazione abbondante e varia. Costo elevato ma in linea con altre strutture dello stesso livello.

Bonjour, on a passé des moments de rêve hôtel, très propre personnel, très gentil. La seule chose que j’ai pas aimé y’a rien autour obligé d’y aller plus loin pour acheter, et surtout la nourriture restauration à part ça 10/10.

Odalar temizdi. Kahvaltı dahil almıştık. 1 yıl önce de gelmiştik. 1 yıl sonra yine aynı kahvaltı vardı ve 4 gün boyunca da tekrar etti. Tek sorun buydu. Onun dışında iyiydi.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Tram just a few steps away from hotel. Take tram # 26 to central station. Only 3 stops. A couple of grocery stores a short distance from hotel.

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, we have just come back from a memorable trip, staying at the Hampton by Hilton, Amsterdam. The location is very convenient for Amsterdam Central, tram stop opposite and five minute journey to Centraal Station. Surprisingly easy to get to from Schipol. Evening meal options were a bit limited but breakfast was excellent. Staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Milan, a wealth of helpful local knowledge. Would happily stay here if visiting Amsterdam again

Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram. Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy. Pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want. They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight. The toilets in the lobby were immaculate. All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get. I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und wirklich in Ordnung. Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein. Es dauert keine 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Super gelegen. Für einen Kurzurlaub auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Our first stay at a Hampton by Hilton but we were impressed with the staff ( both the reception and breakfast staff were lovely without a single exception) and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I am normally too hot under a hotel duvet but both the bed and the duvet were very pleasant so obviously well thought out. Will definitely be seeking them out in other locations in the future as much cheaper than Airbnb now and rooms serviced every day! Excellent value for money.

Rooms were quite small. Opening door nearly hitting the foot of the bed. No space to place suitcases. No refrigerator, or Microwave.
