Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet sauber und ruhig. Der Service hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr geduldig. Das Essen und die Boilerman Bar sind hervorragend. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende.

Rigtig fint værelse og meget flinkt og imødekommende personale… Der var dog et kiks med et Polaroid kamera tilgængelig, der ikke virkede… Og vi fik ikke fri parkering som lovet… det kommer åbenbart an på hvem der er på arbejde der lover fri parkering eller ej… Der var ikke flere hotelparkeringspladser og vi blev sendt en etage ned i kælderen for at parkere offentligt, med lovning på at de ville godkende billetten. Da vi skulle derfra, stod der en anden ved skranken og sagde at vi selv måtte betale… så der var en ekstraregning på 31 euro…

Man wird vom Personal ständig geduzt, mag sein dass das für junge Menschen OK geht, für mich absolut nicht. Ich empfinde es als herablassend und unhöflich. Zimmer 240 ….. winkelig und extrem dunkel. Das Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert. Positiv erwähnt ….. die Garage. Ist auch für höhere und grössere PKW‘s geeignet.

Wenn man das NENI auch gut findet, dann ist das Top Hotel

We could not have been happier, my sporty son was chuffed to gain access to the adjacent gym and I enjoyed the Schmökerstube and Bar!

Arrived and our room was ready early - bonus! Reception staff were excellent. Great room. Bar superb. We don’t have breakfast or eat in the hotel. Now off to Copenhagen to compare!

Super Hotel mit sehr tollem Restaurant. Leider ist die Sauna und der Fitness Raum im Schwesterhotel die Straße runter.

Holding amount on credit card was ridiculously to high especially when we had paid! Lack of sun charging facilities and tv not working properly.

Nice hotel, room was okay but was expecting little bit more space for extra large room. The bed for our daughter was not ready upon our arrival, there were only towels for two in the room and we were never given extra glass/cup although the housekeeping team sorted out the bed straight away. Was expecting little bit more such as bathrobes and a larger outdoor area for the guests. There were only two tables outside the reception and although the restaurant had a large outdoor area, the restaurant manager was not happy for us to sit there unless we were ordering food from the restaurant. This was not great as we were the guests of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, but pricey at 26€ per person so for a family of three this was not a great value for money. One morning there was a lot of noise around 7am in the corridor, which woke us up. The hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly apart the moody restaurant manager who was very precious about his EMPTY outdoor space being dedicated to the restaurant guests despite us being the guests of the hotel!?. Big thank you to the housekeeping team that was friendly and helpful. 4 starts due to lack of outdoor or indoor space for the guests to relax apart from the restaurant area.

Très bel hôtel dans un ancien entrepôt (briques rouges) sur le port. Accueil parfait. Petit déjeuner au buffet très diversifié et très bon. Le bar est très agréable et on peut y dîner aussi.

We were only there for one night, wish it was more! The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Helped us book a night cruise and called a taxi for us in the morning. Great location for us as we wanted the night cruise and had booked a time for Miniature Wonderland in the morning.

Schön gestaltet und sauber. Check in war ruppig und barsch. Check Out sehr freundlich. Die Nächte waren dafür eine Katastrophe. Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Durchgehend Krach von der Küche darunter, der Treppe daneben und den Leuten darüber.

Einziger Mini Kritikpunkt, das Licht im Bad könnte heller sein. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, Busverbindung direkt vor dem Hotel, S-Bahn ca 200m entfernt.

Dejlige store værelser, skøn seng, god morgenmad. Dog er der meget MØRKT over det hele, i restauranten og på gangene og værelset, det skulle man lige vænne sig til.

Utroligt støjniveau hele natten og om morgenen. Virkelig dårlig sovekomfort

I chose the hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. The room was large and modern, but as I turned on the shower, I had phone call and suddenly I see water flowing out from the bathroom and into the bedroom where my clothes for a business function was layed out. Things like this can happen but it was a very unfavorable situation as I was in a rush. I just had to put back on the clothes I was travelling in and leave for the function. As I left for the evening I told the receptionist that I expect that my belongings are moved to another room l which would be ready for me upon my return. The receptionist confirmed and apologized. When I returned that night the room had not been changed, but the housekeeping had sort of dried up the carpet to the best of their ability. On checking out the next morning i was quite frustrated and said I would expect not to pay (fully) for the night, as the hotel’s plumbing issues impacted my night negatively, and the hotel did not even bother to change my room even though having agreed to it on the spot. I did not pay as I left, but after a couple of hours i received an e-mail from the hotel saying they charged my card in full and they have no recollection that they promised to change my room, nor could they find any evidence of any flooding. Being mistreated and indirectly accused of lying, this will be the last stay at 25hrs.

Die Lage ist mehr als passend innerhalb der Hafencity, um auch den Rest der Stadt zu erleben. Ob man jetzt am Empfang geduzt werden muss, bleibt ja jedem selbst überlassen, das zu erwidern oder zu ändern, aber wenn eine Belastung auf der Kreditkarte fehlerhaft ist, möchte ich doch etwas Empathie erhalten und eine Lösung finden! Es sind nicht immer die Anderen (in diesem Fall der Vermittler, das Buchungsportal oder der Kollege:(). Beim Frühstück sind wir hingegen von sehr sympathischen Servicekräften begleitet worden. Die Einrichtung entspricht dem avisierten Industriedesign und versprüht mit vielen Kleinigkeiten (Emaillebecher, Wärmflasche und Schlafschaf) echten Charme.

We absolutely loved our first stay in a 25hours hotel. The staff and location and accommodations were all well above our expectations, and we look forward to staying again!

Uns hat es prima gefallen im 25h Hotel. Eine schöne Einrichtung, mal was anderes. Die Lage war super, um zu Fuss zur Elbphilharmonie zu gehen.

Rigtig hyggeligt boutique hotel med nærværende personale og god kvalitet hele vejen rundt. Morgenmaden er super lækker, varieret og madvarerne af super kvalitet. Ikke noget fra dåse eller juice fra en papkarton. Lækkert 😋
