Terrible do not take your kids there not a family oriented hotel rooms are discreetly dirty. Pool has 4 in of dirt on the bottom I have pictures and videos I don’t know how to upload them. BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES THERE!

This place was great. Bed was so comfortable, i slept so good. Breakfast was also great! Would definitely stay again if price wasnt so high! But in fairness, all hotels were so high becaise of the Pink concert in Pittsburgh!

A feeder road to the Turnpike runs right past the hotel and vehicle noises are pretty much non-stop all through the night. Extra soundproofing of some kind would be appreciated.

Friendly staff at the front desk. I had dropped my credit card, and I got a call telling me they had found it. Kept it safe at the front desk for when I returned. Also had me verify who I was and show id before they gave it to me. Very wise. Thank you!

We ended up staying here in a rather urgent way. We were headed to town to celebrate our son's birthday and were going to stay with family. But they tested positive for Covid so we had to scramble and find a hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They brought my son a goodie bag of snacks and a special birthday cupcake with beautiful icing and decorations. They made it very special.

This is always our overnight stop for our road trip from Indiana to Maryland. The suite option for us always gives us some breathing room after bedtime for the kiddos. Location is great, you can walk to Starbucks, Jersey Mikes and Sheetz. Also very close to the turnpike! Staff has always been very accommodating as well.

Property was fine, though the general area is a depressed rust-belt landscape. On the plus side, Oakmont is just 7-8 minutes away. My biggest gripe is the cost of the hotel -- almost $300. I could have stayed in downtown Pittsburgh for $100 less. Why didn't I? Visiting family in nearby New Kensington, 10 minutes away. That town has only one hotel -- and it's been raided many a time because of drugs and prostitution.

This was a very good hotel; good rooms; clean and new bedding; good breakfasts; extremely helpful staff but it is located in a food desert. Fast food drive-thru places galore, 17 mi from Pittsburgh, although a Pittsburgh address, and no shuttle service to take you to Pittsburgh proper, no restaurants anywhere. As much as the staff are great as is the facility it is TOO far away from the city of Pittsburgh. My mistake.

This hotel was amazing. 1st floor. Clean. No smells, no deformities to the room. Amazing set up. Nice shower. The breakfast was 10/10. Highly recommend the sausage gravy. I would come back and recommend everyone come here.
