The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice The beds are very comfortable The pool extremely clean. Had a very pleasant stay. The fridge did not work in the room and they replaced it within minutes of me asking for another one. Will definitely stay here again

Very disappointed that my first room (402) had not been cleaned from the prior guest. Moved to room 302, where the ice machine has not been repaired since my initial stay in early February. The breakfast staff spent too much time loudly complaining to front desk team member. Her voice bellowed throughout the space. Breakfast offerings was not to the standard I have enjoyed for the past several months.

I’ve stayed at other holiday in express hotels, But this one wasn’t as great. The room was very dusty , bed covers didn’t smell clean and had some love stains,pillow covers smelled bad and also had stains. The toilet paper holder was almost falling apart/and was very easy to have a roll fall out of the side. Dust bunnies behind the sink. Honestly will probably avoid holiday inn express from now on I don’t see the value.

I don't think I will get a room in a Holliday in again. The sheets were dirty, staff sleeping on the job, gotta say a prayer before showering so you can get some water pressure. Maybe I'm too spoiled.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Beds are super comfortable, including the sofa bed. 3rd hotel we’ve tried in Salisbury and the best overall by far.

The hotel is relatively new and in nice condition. The rooms are clean the bed was comfortable. Our initial view was positive especially with the front desk uppn arrival but there were several little things that were irritating. First, the hair dryer was broken. Then they didn't come after our first night to clean the room. When I went to the desk that evening after being gone for 8 hours, the person at the front desk insisted that we must have left the do not disturb sign on the door, which we did not. She gave me a new set of towels upon request but it was her insistent position that I found rude. Why debate a customer? The second night was filled with loud noises where patrons were running and stomping on floors all night. To add to that, our room faced the freeway onramp which was loud. Hard to get a good nights sleep. Sprinkle a few non functioning electric and USB plugs and that completes the picture. It wasn't horrible but we'll be trying another hotel next we visit family.

The internet was very weak and spotty on the 2nd floor. Soap in shower was empty. Very few channels available if they even came through. No channels for the kids, no national news channels available. Watched my phone when internet was working. Had to use data the rest of the time. Breakfast was good.

Cercisse(Hope I spelled that right was so very helpful in checking in we had 2 rooms and my husband is in a wheelchair. I forgot to request and ADA room for us. Even tho she wasn't able to help the fact she tried her best to help us tells a lot. The rest of the staf was just as helpful and so friendly. Would stay there again.

The staff at this Holiday Inn was beyond nice. They made you feel like family they took time sat down talked with about what they wanted for Christmas. They were excited to hear about the reason for the trip and the following day asked how the event was for them!

we enjoyed our stay very much, the surrounding area and Livingstone college were easily accessed from the hotel. we would stay at this Inn again, friendliest staff and best breakfast yet!
