This property was a great location and that’s about it… I had to call about 20 times just to get into my room, which was subpar and not as pictured or even close. They caused me to completely miss a tour I had booked. This was after providing my flight information twice… very frustrating. The shower is so small you can’t even bend over. The bed was very uncomfortable. I loved the old building and windows.

Me and my partner loved our stay in this guest house very near the Vatican. It was very lovely and you felt like a local. The place was very well maintained, and the attention was awesome. However, be prepared for a slightly squeaky bed, but not terrible bed. Very good value! We recommend it!

Very clean room, staff were kind and helpful when arriving, and for two people the room is perfect! It was walking distance from the Vatican and such a great location overall for cafes and restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Great location for visiting Vatican No staff one person open the door for you , and provide the keys and instruction . The roomand the bathroom was clean. Great restaurant close to the property
