Buen hotel y bien mantenido, ubicacion excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas con vista al cerro San Cristobal. La piscina en la azotea es muy agradable. Tiene un spa en el primer piso, solo le falta subir la temperatura al jacuzzi.

O hotel tem um área externa com picina, estava bem suja e não dava para usar, que poderia ser aquecida, visto ao investimento no hotel. Além disso, existe um SPA com custo adicional 35mil pesos, ao utilizar o SPA estava com um cheio insuportável de mofo, não tinha óleos para sauna nem nada. Fiquei bem chateada! Relatando a situação para a recepção, me ofereceram mais 20 minutos em um espaço bem desconfortável.

En general buen hotel. El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Lo único que creo podrían mejorar, es ofrecer algún tipo de lavandería. Los clóset tampoco tenían colgadores. Finalmente la TV (servicio de cable) no ofrecía canales en inglés, que fue un inconveniente para mi pareja.

Dificuldade na comunicação em razão do idioma, considerando que não teve nenhum funcionário que falasse português adequadamente. O quarto é amplo, no entanto é mal dividido, inclusive o banheiro é dividido em 3 partes: ducha, lavabo e vaso sanitário, parecem que são 3 cômodos diferentes. A iluminação do quarto é insuficiente. O turista deve ficar bastante atento com relação aos pagamentos, haja vista que os funcionários se confundem bastante no momento da transação, além de efetuar cobranças em duplicidade. A piscina não possui aquecimento, sendo assim ficou inutilizada. Falta canais de TV com rede universal, a exemplo de canais brasileiros. Ponto positivo: excelente café da manhã, hotel bastante conservado e bem silencioso.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones sin embargo, habían detalles como Por ejemplo, hongos en los baños, secador de pelo malo, no habían puesto jabón. El área de la Piscina está bien abandonado, las fotos publicadas prometen mucho, pero la verdad es que tiene poca sombra, sillas en mal estado. Podrían hacer una buena mantención del espacio ya que tiene una vista increíble pero está bien deteriorado.

The hotel is a little out dated. They need to update some areas. The room needed some dusting, carpets in hallway very stained and fixtures need updating. The employees were nice and helpful.

Hotel ótimo, as acomodações são fiéis as fotos do local, que fica pertinho do Parque Metropolitano de Santiago e há poucos minutos do Sky Costanera. O café da manhã era excelente, tudo delicioso e novinho. As instalações estavam sempre limpas e organizadas. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi sempre muito atencioso.
Hotel ótimo, as acomodações são fiéis as fotos do local, que fica pertinho do Parque Metropolitano de Santiago e há poucos minutos do Sky Costanera. Enjoyed our stay at Ladera. Staff were extremely helpful during our 5 night stay, and communicated to us in English which was unexpected but certainly appreciated. We loved the modern feel, and our king room was quite spacious, although did miss not having a desk to work on. Due to the outside heat, it was difficult for the A/C to keep the room cool during late afternoon and early evening (despite keeping our drapes closed) as we were located on the sunny street side. Location was great, and there was a HOHO Bus stop just across the street! We also appreciated use of their bikes, and storage of luggage for a few days. Rooftop pool and bar service was nice. Overall, a great stay.

This hotel was fine, but there were so many little things that made the stay worse than it should have been. 1) the first night, the sewer smell in the bathroom was unbearable (worst I have ever smelled, anywhere). We asked for and received a room change after the first night 2) the wifi in the second room was unusable, except at the very front entrance 3) the door to the balcony in the second room was broken and could not be opened. When asked, they said none of the balcony doors were meant to be opened. But the doors in both rooms were unlocked, and the door worked fine in the first room. 4) After the move, we asked for an extra bottle of water because we left one of the two original ones behind, in the first room during the shuffle. They gave me two bottles, which I assumed would be complimentary as no cost was mentioned. They charged for these. 5) only one soap bar is provided per room. So you need to move the soap back and forth between the sink and shower.

Great location Providencia residential so all facilities at hand - restaurants, super, pharmacy, money changer etc... and only a short walk to teleferico - a must! Hotel in good condition, extremely helpful staff, restaurant and room service means you don't always have to go out!

Ladera had similar ratings to most of the areas higher end and boutique hotels, but was offering a lower competitive rate, similar to the nearby Solace hotel at which we also stayed. The finishes, amenities, spacious room with comfortable beds/sheets, etc was all on point with that you should expect for the price-point, and a good value. Our only main criticism would be the staff. Over 3 days we interacted to some degree with about 4-5 individuals, mainly at the front desk. None were rude, but none were particularly friendly or hospitable either. I don't really care about exaggeratedly enthusiastic hotel staff, but they all seemed to be pretty indifferent to their jobs and guests. The other quirky thing is the need for a key card to get OUT of the hotel (and despite the two of us at checkin giving only one key for us both). There were numerous time when we were briefly separated or doing different things in the hotel that require a keycard, and having to knock and wait at the entrance to be let in/out repeatedly.

Our only main criticism would be the staff. Over 3 days we interacted to some degree with about 4-5 individuals, mainly at the front desk. None were rude, but none were particularly friendly or hospitable either. I don't really care about exaggeratedly enthusiastic hotel staff, but they all seemed to be pretty indifferent to their jobs and guests. The other quirky thing is the need for a key card to get OUT of the hotel (and despite the two of us at checkin giving only one key for us both). There were numerous time when we were briefly separated or doing different things in the hotel that require a keycard, and having to knock and wait at the entrance to be let in/out repeatedly.

We had a great stay at Ladera hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly and they arranged a welcome dish for my birthday which was much appreciated. The pillows were really quite firm and high for our liking but that's a personal preference. Location was great, with a short walk to the subway and some really nice restaurants. All in all we'd happily stay there again if in Santiago.

Great location Providencia residential so all facilities at hand - restaurants, super, pharmacy, money changer etc... and only a short walk to teleferico - a must! Hotel in good condition, extremely helpful staff, restaurant and room service means you don't always have to go out!

Everything was very clean, the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood very close to San Cristobal Hill and Costanera tower. Everyone in the reception and restaurants was very attentive, I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

Fantastic pastries at breakfast. Convenient location within a short walk of the metro and the cable car. Good sized, comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff. Although check-in is clearly stated as 3.00 pm we arrived quite early from a very long 14 hour flight so it would have been a nice gesture to show a little flexibility and allow us early check-in, I'm fairly sure rooms were available although I fully accept that the hotel was well within its rights to make us wait.

The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot). The breakfast was fantastic. Bit pricey, but would stay again and recommend to others.
