As a hotels gold member, there was no wasn't even offered a upgrade nothing, just a small room ( I swear I booked the bigger room but they said that's all they had. Breakfast buffet was ok

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. I noticed something dirty on the toilet, and there were visible stains on the bed sheets. The cleanliness was below my expectations, and I was also disappointed with the service provided by the staff. The accommodation tax was much higher than I had expected, which added to my overall disappointment. Although the location at Kyoto Station is very convenient, I found the lounge access hours impractical. Access was only available from 3 PM, so I had no opportunity to make use of it. During my stay, I did not receive or have the opportunity to enjoy even a complimentary cup of coffee or a glass of water. Considering the price, I expected much better cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality. In my opinion, spending a little more on a different hotel would be a better choice. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Was great stay. the location is perfect. we didn have any issue with the sounds. there are vending machines in the hallway. even for alchohol and for ice. all in all, this is 100% great place. we will go here again next year.
