I love this property! My 3rd visit. 1870’s gem of a house with period furnishings. Excellent breakfast and a very hospitable and caring inn keeper. Choice of room configurations. Enjoy sitting on the deck outside and watching the fireflies.

We enjoy a stay that is unique and has character vs a chain hotel. We chose the Hollinger House because it was a close to the wedding venue we attended. The room was large, immaculate, and thoughtfully appointed while still retaining its historic charm. Kenneth, the Innkeeper, was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I wish we had more time on our stay to enjoy the common and outdoor areas, but we did enjoy a delicious breakfast. The Inn itself is very quiet and relaxing, though the nearby highway can be heard from outside. I would definitely stay here again for a more rural visit to Lancaster!

I had a great stay here! It's a really cool house, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy. Check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautifully appointed. Kenneth greeted us at the door and gave us a tour with the history of the house . He is a very gracious host! Our room had a whole balcony overlooking a park (?). Next time we would like to stay longer. We will definitely be back!

The Hollinger house is just beautiful. The owner, Kenneth, gave us a tour of this lovely home upon our arrival. The pictures on-line do not do this house justice. Kenneth also told us of the home's history witch was extremely informative, and made us appreciate our stay even more. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included with our stay, and I must say that Kenneth is a very good cook as well as host. Upon our arrival, he asked us if we had any special dietary requirements that he needed to address, which I felt was very considerate. We had the pleasure of meeting several of the other fourteen guests while there, and it was so nice getting to know them. Unfortunately, we only spent one night at the Hollinger House, and I must say that one night is not long enough. there is so much to do, and we can't wait to take advantage of that. Kenneth, we look forward to coming back next year for at least two nights, to see you and spend more time in your beautiful home. Thank-you for everything.

The Inn has a wonderful ambience with beautiful grounds. Otherwise, disappointing compared to other inns we've stayed. It's advertised that breakfast is served between certain times but that wasn't the case; 8:30. No flexibility for guests that need to leave earlier other than a bagged breakfast to go. Keurig on second floor, which if you're a tea drinker using a Keurig is awful. Fresh coffee and Hot water offered in the dining room from 7 am on would be most appreciated. Had to ask for almost everything: water, fresh creamers, etc. Most of us guests went to the local store to get some cheese, bread for the late afternoon, etc., Later the inn keeper brought out a nice charcutier board. It would be nice to know that in advance and served earlier as it would have saved a trip to the local store. Mattress in Rafaela's room needs to be replaced.

Unattended entry is fine, but lacked warmth. Highly suggest you at least have some nice music in the main living area. Very easy with a few Sonos speakers. Light out in the bathroom. Average breakfast at best compared to other B&Bs

Absolutely adorable property convenient to downtown Lancaster and surrounding area. Beautiful antique furniture and feel with modern amenities. Lovely breakfast. John was very attentive. Easy check in and great attention to detail.

We enjoy a stay that is unique and has character vs a chain hotel. We chose the Hollinger House because it was a close to the wedding venue we attended. The room was large, immaculate, and thoughtfully appointed while still retaining its historic charm. Kenneth, the Innkeeper, was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I wish we had more time on our stay to enjoy the common and outdoor areas, but we did enjoy a delicious breakfast. The Inn itself is very quiet and relaxing, though the nearby highway can be heard from outside. I would definitely stay here again for a more rural visit to Lancaster!

My wife and I came to this property for an overnight in lLancaster. Fantastic bed and breakfast. The owner was very accommodating and clearly takes great pride in the property. Our room was beautiful, as were all of the common areas. The area is far enough away from everything that you can enjoy the quiet, but within a very reasonable drive to shopping and dining. We'll definitely be back.

I had a great stay here! It's a really cool house, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy. Check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Unattended entry is fine, but lacked warmth. Highly suggest you at least have some nice music in the main living area. Very easy with a few Sonos speakers. Light out in the bathroom. Average breakfast at best compared to other B&Bs

The Inn has a wonderful ambience with beautiful grounds. Otherwise, disappointing compared to other inns we've stayed. It's advertised that breakfast is served between certain times but that wasn't the case; 8:30. No flexibility for guests that need to leave earlier other than a bagged breakfast to go. Keurig on second floor, which if you're a tea drinker using a Keurig is awful. Fresh coffee and Hot water offered in the dining room from 7 am on would be most appreciated. Had to ask for almost everything: water, fresh creamers, etc. Most of us guests went to the local store to get some cheese, bread for the late afternoon, etc., Later the inn keeper brought out a nice charcutier board. It would be nice to know that in advance and served earlier as it would have saved a trip to the local store. Mattress in Rafaela's room needs to be replaced.

The outside plants were not taken care of and some were dead. It was a self-check-in property, so we didn’t see any staff until breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our room was not cleaned well, as there were food crumbs from the previous people left on the dresser and on the floor around the bed. The house generally was in need of a good cleaning and upkeep, as there were cobwebs on the windowsills and around the door leading to the balcony. It definitely needs some TLC to bring it up to the level of other properties where we have stayed.
